I have a recall on my 2011 *** ******* Had to wait forever for the remedy and now that *** finally has one I had to get the run around on how to get my car in Grande *** and how to get the part ordered. When I first called a couple of months ago I was told I had to make an appt for my car for them to see what fuse they had to order. I did that and the employee looked at me like I was crazy and said he just had to order the fuse. He hit some keys on the computer and said he ordered it and that it would be in a few weeks and that I would receive a call but I never did. I asked him for paperwork and he said I didnt need any. Well several weeks passed and I figured he didnt order it. I went back in and sure enough I was told the employee didnt order it. I was told that employee no longer works there. So, the part did finally get ordered and I did get a text a couple of days later that the part did get in. It said I had to click on a link to schedule an appointment. I have been trying and the system wont let me. I have called Grande *** a few times and keep getting told that their system is down and that I cant make an appt and that I will just have to keep calling back. I was told the system has been down for several days. I am not going to keep calling back and having to beg for an appt because the service at *** is horrible. My last recall I had to keep begging and nobody would help me and my engine ended up blowing when I was driving it and it was a big mess with the last recall for me and this one is turning out to be the same. They didnt want to pay for anything. This recall is turning out the same. I had to fight for everything even though it was under the recall. Grande *** needs to call me when I can get my car in because this is ridiculous that I always have to beg them to fix my car for a recall that is ***s fault. I will never buy another *** but for now this is what I am stuck with. I am not clicking more links or calling anymore, they need to call me
