      The company fraudulently charged my ******** card after multiple messages that the ticket was already paid. I have attached the ticket payment and can also show where I communicated to the owner, *** *** that it was paid. He threatened and harassed me over a one star rating and told me he would charge my credit card anyway. My cell phone number is ************. I can be reached at any time to discuss this matter.

      Rented. A car from a house through turo The host is under the contract with the company. However services provided was not satisfactory and was reported. I have been trying to get the company to review the actions and issue a refund.

      Rented a car from Turo that broke down because of improper maintenance and the batter dying. Rented the car for a extra 2 days didn’t even get to use it Turo only refunded me for one of the days which was then given back to Turo due to the owner reporting me for a gas fee. But used my last little bit of money to pay $50 dollars to get the customers car jumped because they refused to do what was need to get their own car back. And Turo let the owner charge me with 2 different gas fees totaling $106 dollars coming out of my account! And they never reimbursed me for the batter! Also let another customer who had a EZ pass in they’re car charge me a $11 dollar toll fee saying that I was suppose to switch it to less than 3 people in the car which the customer nor Turo ever explained! Turo is horrible about making sure they are clear or their customers are clear on communicating. They don’t hold their host to any type of standard and just let them take money out your account at any time. Will never use again

      Turo allowed one of their host to scam me for over 200 dollars on a poorly maintenance car. Customer care broke down after I paid for Two extra days I never got to use. Had to pay$50 to get the battery jumped because Turo’s road side didn’t respond in a timely manner. The customer and Turo and the customer tried to make me responsible for getting the customers car towed. Paid the last bit of money I had to get the customers car jumped and back to him,and he sends in a extra $106 requests for gas in which Turo just took the money out of my account! The first charge was for $53. the car was on half tank when returned so I’m sure it didn’t take 53 dollars to fill up,I didn’t complain because it was suppose to be full. I later check my card to see that Turo then charged me an EXTRA $53 for another gas charge! And basically told me the host gets to do what he wants! Now my account is overdrawn and Turo is telling me they can’t return my money for 10 Days! So far Turos customer service has been rude and unconcerned about my issue they have hung up on me twice. They are very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed in they’re service

      I was trying to rent a car on turo and I got to the point where it asked me to upload my driver's license and the first time I upload my driver's license the first time this happened and told me that I was not qualified to drive and I did not meet the criteria. I talked to a customer service agent and l disputed the decision that they made and they overturned it and let me go back round the platform now the second time I was on there I left loaded all my information my card my license then I took a photo of my face to match my license and after the photo took my picture it just kicked me out the platform again and said I didn't mean to criteria. They wanted me to load my ******** information on ******** page and I don't know why they would want me to do that. So I did that I love loaded my ******** information and then I was rerouted to a customer service representative and she told me that she was going to get me back on the platform and I'll be able to rent a car at this point I'm pretty upset because I told her that there's no reason why you can you know not rent to me because I have no access to my record and and yet they're discriminated against because of why they won't tell me why they won't rent to me and if I asked him again why won't you write to me and they will not tell me so she put me back around again and I apologize my information and then as I took the last photo shot of my card for verification process information they told me that I did not meet the criteria and once I spoke to a customer service again they told me that I receive an email in 1 hour and I received that email and it says that I am not allowed to drive on there platform they're not telling me why I cannot drive on their platform and they told me that the decision is final and I cannot drive or rent on their platform. That's why I'm reporting it to you guys because there's no reason for them to do that. So I'm going to get a lawyer and at this point and I'm going to *** them.

      I rented a car I did return it 1/2 full instead of on full the host made a false claim for damages that were there when I picked up the car then **** somehow tapped into my minor sons school fund account and stole $1,149.00 from his debit account which isnt even listed as a form of payment

      on june 21 2023 a payment came out of my huntington account on june 21 of 906 dollars but this company called turo a rental company took $65 something dollars and ive paid them back in march so a duplicate payment came out on the date above, ive been calling theses people twice a week spoke to 10 agents an still this is not resloved i sent proof of payments that was tooking out from this company an it seems no one can assist they said they was going to escalate it to a hire up an still nothing ,its going on a month, last agent i talked to said they cant reach a curtain department an they have to end the call just rude and unprofessional but expect someone to do a survey on what cause i never got the help i needed i will never rent from this company again nore will i refer anyone to this company i called with respect all times now im ****** because everybody ive talked to act like they dont have a clue on whats going on when your in customer service your suppose to help the cx solve there issues not this company but i dont no who worse my bank or turo just pathetic like money grow on trees i wish they did but they dont i want my money an i want it now ive been patient all this time im just getting the run around and im tired of it im just trying to get my money that ive earned and worked hard for an they can continue they life cause i will never rent from them again.. any other questions feel free to contact me thank you

      I rented a car from Turo for the dates of **** of feb. I was charged for a no smoking fee because of a picture that i cant even tell what it is. It does not look like smoke , actually looks like rocks because we went hiking and snowboarding the day we left for the airport which was the 11th . The real problem is , i do not smoke nor do the people that were with me. I gave the owner an extra $50 dollars also causing me to come out of $325 extra for this rental . I feel as if we were framed. There is one picture showing the same spec . I need a full refund from Turo . I attached a picture of me snowboarding to show .
