We have been working with Complete Flooring Source since July for the purchase of flooring material. They have been operating as the middle man through whom we ordered materials manufactured by Homelegend, whom I previously filed a complaint against. We have paid Complete Flooring Source for materials through our contractor. Since July, we waited a number of months when our materials were lost in shipping from Homelegend (I filed my first complaint about that). Rather than pursue Homelegend to ship new materials, we were told that Complete Flooring Source was trying to track down the original shipment. This is when I filed a complaint against Homelegend, and only then did Complete Flooring Source initiate a reshipment from Homelegend. When the materials arrived, they were the wrong size for our stairs. Complete Flooring source reordered again, and this time the materials were completely warped when they arrived. Complete Flooring source said they were reordering again and asking for a custom material that would meet our needs and not warp in transit. I was promised by ****, the representative we have been working with at Complete Flooring, that tracking information would be sent, and I never received it. I called on January 4 and January 11 to follow up on where the materials were. On January 4, **** said she thought the materials had arrived in the warehouse and that she would check and call me back. I never heard back from her. I left a voicemail following up on January 11 and again never heard back. I called again yesterday and left a message asking for a status update and have not heard back. I am trying to get a status update on when we can expect the materials to arrive. We have paid for these materials and have been engaged in this process since July! I am extremely frustrated by the poor customer service and atrocious problem-solving we have experienced working with this company. It's truly appalling and no way to run a business.Business response

As of now we show the ship date ETA is 3/10/22 but this date is a new date and has been update as of today 3/8/22. This date is not firm as we can not control suppliers shipments and until we have it in our warehouse we can not promise a date. I will contact the customer directly via phone.
