Hello,
I apologize for the late reply. The customer did order the named pen, and she reached out to us to provide the shipping details before she received her package. Our system is sends shipping details automatically to the email the customer provided with their order.
After that she reached to us with the issue of the faulty pen. We offered the exchange which the customer refused, therefore we issued a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions to which each customer agrees to when they placed an order. It includes issuing a refund in amount of the value of the product itself excluding the shipping costs.
The customer insisted on a full refund including the shipping costs. Our customer care representative escalated the issue issue to a senior staff member and have gotten approval to also have the shipping charge refunded.
This issue has been resolved entirely as per customers wishes and requests.
