Tiny little man who claims to be the owner. Was unable to give me an itemized receipt of all the fixes made to my phone, until after I paid. They were unable to tell me what was done to my phone after *************************************************************************************** my receipt this tiny man was so offended by this simple action he then threw my card at me and across the store. Had to get the police involved he then swore he had everything on recording he then proceeded to pull out the camera app from his from which showed footage from inside his store and after searching the entire altercations footage he was unable to show where he said he had supposedly told me the repairs to my phone. He also refused to show when he threw his card at me after lying and said that I threw my card at him. Wish I could upload footage for all customers to see. His employee I believe named **** was even bad mouthing him outside his establishment apologizing for his bosses behavior saying hes like this to everyone he has a very short temper and is a small man in spanish and said its how asians are. Have it all on recording! I was stunned! Even after all this struggle I was unable to get an itemized receipt what said anything other than part 6 and 7 which they were unable to specify. Oh and it took 13 business days at 20 dull days to get my phone back for a simple rebooting issue. Horrible service and horrible people working there never in my life have I had my card thrown at me over something so simple.
