Hello, I owe a debt with you all. I have talked to Conserve who has the debt. I am wanting to pay in full but want to see if we can work this out where once paid in full it is removed from my report entirely. ******** says that I have to speak to CSU about this they cannot make that decision. I cannot seem to get in touch with someone who has the authority to make this decision. Can someone who has authority to discuss this please contact me. My student ID is ******. Good Evening,
I spoke with the complainant on June 26, 2024 regarding her request to remove the unpaid balance from her credit report. Under the Fair Credit Report Act (FCRA) regulations, we cannot remove the credit reporting for this delinquent balance for the complainant as the balance was accurately calculated, acknowledged and owed to the university when the complainant withdrew from the institution following the tuition and Title IV refund policies published on our website. While we understand that the complainant is attempting to improve her credit score by clearing delinquent balance reporting from their credit report, the institution cannot revoke or remove accurate and timely placements from their credit report as required under FCRA regulations.

I was researching online schools through my Employer Amazon. Colorado State was one I was researching. I never applied because I was comparing different schools. Twenty five dollars was taken from my account for admission fees. I requested that back and was told no refund; only credit to their store. I never applied, not am I going to Colorado State. I'm requesting my money back.Business response
