On March 42, 2024, I purchased a framed certificate of completion from THC University for a course I had taken. I received a confirmation email. Which I have attached to to this complaint.The Mastercard Debit payment of $52.92 was withdrawn. From my account to THCU. I have never received my framed certificate.I have emailed and never got a response.I also tried to call, but the line rings, then disconnects. I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

I paid for THC University's full education program of $179 on May 29, 2024. I never received an email to confirm my email address nor to set up a password. Password set up is not an option in the account which I was given immediate access to. I contacted THC University through their website's contact form. I told them that I was not receiving emails from them when I would click "Forgot Password" and filled out my email address to change the password. After a few days of sending these requests, and still not receiving emails, I found them on ******** and private messaged them. According to the messenger, they saw my first message to them. However, I never received a response. I kept trying to contact them and get help through their website and ********. They do not have a phone number to call for help. I tried over and over to contact them while I still had access to my account. One day I went to do a course and my account was auto-logged out. I tried two more times to contact them with their contact form and ********. Still no response after a week's time. I warned them in my last message that I would have to report them to BBB if they didn't respond.As for evidence of attempted communication, I only have ********. Their contact form did not ever send any confirmations to my email.Initial Complaint

I ordered 50 mg Delta-8 Gummies from THC University on December 20, 2021. I paid $45.00 by VISA, and the order number is #****. I never received the product. I emailed the company several times during the following months, and they said they were working on it, but needed details, such as my address. They had that with the original order. I don't have an account with them, but the order number is above. I could not upload the emails, but will mail them to you. I would like my VISA card credited, or a refund check. I prefer a check since I don't want the company to have my new credit card number.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Yes, please proceed. I received a personal check from ******************* for $80.00; I had only requested the original amount of $45.

I had sent them an email, but they didn't respond. You were also going to contact them as to why they sent a refund that was almost twice the disputed amount. Just wondered if I should cash a personal check from them, or hold onto it, since the amount is not correct.
So, yes, I'd like them to respond as to why. I guess if neither of us gets a response, I'll cash it after 30 days. Please let me know if you hear from them.
