      We hired Denver Concrete to replace our driveway, walkway, and garage door pad on 8-4-2021. They began work on 9-29-2021. The weather turned rainy and windy, which affected the quality of the work performed. There is pitting from the rain, poor surface finishing, spalling, spilled concrete left on the sidewalk and the side of our house. On 10-5-2021 I communicated via email my concerns with the rain, debris left and the finishing work on the driveway. This was also communicated to ************** when the balance was paid. At the end of June, I contacted the company to address the pitting, surface issues and cracking in the joints. On 8-18-2022 we addressed those concerns with ****. With no follow up from them I emailed over 7 times for 4 months before finally being scheduled on 1-4-2023 with **** again on March 6th, 2023. March 6th at 1:40 I was advised they would not make the appt. After another long exchange, he said he would replace the far-left section of the driveway where most of the pitting occurred and that they would caulk the joints. On 4-30-2023 I contacted Denver Concrete no reply, 5-10-23 I contacted them again and was told on 5-11-2023 they were scheduling for 6-2-2023. In the meantime I reached out to three companies, 2 of which are BBB A rated . All companies stated they would have redone the driveway, that it needs to be replaced and that the surface issues and the spalling will only get worse. On 6-2-2023 - no show. I followed up ****, **** and finally on **** I advised Id like a resolution response by 9-1-2023 or I would file a complaint with the BBB and pursue other remedies. After now 58 emails, multiple broken appointments, and no resolution there is now a crack along the driveway which is a clear indicator that the other companies were correct: the problems would only get worse. We just want our driveway done correctly. We have been more than patient and given Denver Concrete more than ample time to resolve this matter.

      There is another crack in the center of the driveway on the middle set of pads.

      This project was discussed several times with the customer, the most recent was in person.  We had agreed/scheduled work on the project and the customer called the week of scheduled repairs and said she wasn't happy with the plan we agreed on.  I will reach back out to customer and try and figure out a solution.

      I am rejecting this response because Id prefer the ********************** to list how they plan to address. They had an appt on 6-2-22 to come out and complete. They did not arrive or call. In addition many emails were sent where the response was I will get with **** and bring it up in our meeting. This was a very common response to my emails but the company never followed up. The driveway needs replacement. It is cracked across two of the three sections and has various surface issues like spalling and flaking. It has taken over 7 weeks for the company to reply to the BBB. I like them to document how they intend to resolve. Id also like to submit the 58 emails I have sent to the company for documentation.

      I am open to enter mediation, resolve it, and have the proposed resolution documented (specifically know what the resolution is either replacing the entire driveway or refunding it).

      This summer this company came out and replaced our driveway and poured a new front sidewalk for us. Within a couple weeks of the installation, we got some pretty big cracks in the sidewalk and driveway. It was difficult to get a hold of the company's warranty department and when we finally did, the guy asked us if we could wait until later in the year when they had a job nearby to fix our job.I have since reached out to them to get a follow-up on when they're going to make these repairs and they are unresponsive. We want them to fix these repairs immediately or we want to hire a responsive company to do so and have this company pay the bill.

      WE hired this company to install a new driveway and walkway in April 2022. They completed the job and there were cracks that formed immediately afterward. The warranty department contacted us after we called numerous times to find out the status of getting the cracks repaired. Once we were contacted we were asked to wait until the winter. Once the winter came, we had to reach out several times again to the company because they never contacted us. We had to file a complaint with the bbb previously to get them to respond. They responded immediately and scheduled the work, then the day of the job they canceled it and we have not heard from them. I have again called them and they do not answer their phone or return my messages. I will not be closing this complaint until the work is complete, based on how shady this company was the last time I had to file a complaint.

      Im not sure what is going on or if the timing with this submission is off but we have this customer on our schedule for March 15th to address the repair.  We need warmer weather for the material to adequately cure.   Please let me know if there is something different I need to do.  We will make sure to take care of this customer.

      We hired this company to remove our old driveway and walkway and replace it with a new concrete driveway and walkway in April of 2022. there were some issues with their including cracks in the concrete and as they did to existing concrete. the owner told me he would fix everything in the fall of 2022. in January of 2023 I started trying to get a hold of the company and they were and they were unresponsive. they had finally come out in the last week to fix one of the issues which they have only made worse. there was a large crack in one of the sidewalk squares that they replaced finally on 4/11/23. they used different concrete and it looks like a patch job instead of an expensive new sidewalk and driveway that we paid for. they didn't fix a crack on the corner of one of the driveway pads that was pointed out to them back in April of 2022. they also damaged an existing concrete curve along the side of the driveway that they have not fixed. I have tried to work with the owner but he doesn't seem to care and he would rather fight and argue than come and do good work or complete this job. he lacks all customer service ability and he doesn't have any accountability for the poor workmanship of his staff.

      The repairs have been taken care of.  We completely replaced a square on the sidewalk (crack in provided picture) and filled in other hairline cracks on the driveway.  Final repairs were completed April 18th and we have communicated with customer if something else comes up to contact ** and we will come back out.  We have been out 3 different times to take care of these requests.

      We signed a contract with Denver Concrete Company to breakout, remove, and repour 5 porches, sidewalks, and steps on our property. We signed the contract and paid the 50% deposit of $1,650 on 12/17/2021. They came to do the work the week of January 17, but did not fix the porches, they only did sidewalks and steps. I called their office twice to complain about this and the office staff said they would talk with their supervisor about it. I never heard back. I then emailed them on April 20 and May 17 to request that they reach out to us about finishing the work, they never responded to our emails.

      I NEED TO FILE AN ARBITRATION DEMAND WITH THE BBB, PER THE ATTACHED CONTRACT (attached as Exhibit A). I have repeatedly emailed and left voicemails for ************************************* at the Denver office of the BBB (the "Great West + Pacific" BBB office). After more than a week of trying he has not responded to any of my emails or voicemails. Approximately a year and a half ago, I discovered that my garage was severely flooded following a rainstorm. The areas where the water accumulated indicated the monolithic slab built by Denver Concrete for my garage floor was not properly sloped. Following this discovery, I retained the civil engineering firm MCD *********************** (MCD) to determine whether Denver Concrete had constructed the slab in compliance with code requirements and industry standards.MCD found that Denver Concrete failed to construct the slab properly, as set forth in their Report included with this Notice as ************************ MCD found the flooding was caused by Denver Concretes negligent construction of the slab such that the garage floor is negatively sloped away from the garage door opening. MCD determined that this incorrect slope violates applicable codes and industry standards as described in greater detail in the attached Report.AGAIN, I NEED TO FILE AN ARBITRATION DEMAND WITH THE BBB, PER THE ATTACHED CONTRACT. (attached as Exhibit A)

      The project was completed around April 24, 2021. I paid 2,107.5 upfront as a deposit (half of the total cost of the job). I have not made the final payment as the issues have not been resolved. I have called and emailed numerous times regarding the work that was done. The previous siding was covered in concrete and damage was done to the siding. I got new siding and could see the real issues once the old was gone. There is a gap large enough for my whole hand to fit between the concrete and my foundation which could allow water to seep in and damage my foundation, siding, and concrete. Michael was not concerned about this. He offered to come tear out and redo the concrete in May. I emailed him towrds the end of July and he said he would put me on the schedule after July 4. It is July 27 and I have not heard anything. I would like to receive a full refund OR get the patio redone. I do not want to pay the other half for all my troubles. This should have been resolved months ago.

      April 2021/August 2021 They tore up their first job and re-poured the patio in August. Chunks are already missing and they left over a quart container full of concrete chunks in my yard. They did not replace my landscaping to its original position or caulk the door. They left a gap where their boards were, left tape on my house, concrete on my brand new siding, left dirt piles in my yard, and bent the slider track to my door. The patio pools water in the middle and the stairs are better than last time, but still very sloppy around the edges. If the concrete ever rises, it is already touching my siding and will cause future damage which will lead to costly repairs. I was home when the job was completed, but they did not come to the door to talk to me or ask for the check when they were here. I asked for a discount and they didn't even give me 5% off. It will cost more to fix what they did than the discount they offered. I left a check for them but would like an appropriate discount.
