Home advisor sent me plenty of referrals and kept in touch to know if the job had been claimed and how the job was done.

I am a contractor, a new business with a small budget for marketing and obtaining leads. This company took my money stating my budget would be $1000. When I checked my account they processed $2600 in customer leads that 1) I never actually got to communicate with any potential customer 2) No contact number was ever given to call the leads 3) *********** allows you to cal thru the app and they monitor the calls thru them hiding the actual customer number (no customer picks up when I attempt to call) When I called to complain to the company they said that the leads are valid and I must pay for every lead they send even if dont get to speak to the customer. This is not fair and should not be tolerated. I dont have a huge budget and needed a lead generating system to work not take my money. I followed directions and did my part with following up via the App protected messages, and contact numbers they allow you to call without actually having the number and I was only able to speak to 2 customers in the whole month. One key issue was a customer that did actually pick up had no idea who Home advisor was or how I was able to reach them - which raised a red flag for me. I need some help.
