Over 1.5 years ago, someone from Lewan Technology reached out to me to say they weren't able to collect from the automatic payment that had been set up. I returned the email, with no response as there wasn't a problem or issue with the account. I began getting regular emails from the individual from Lewan and repeatedly reached out via email and phone with no answer. Now I am getting collection calls from Lewan Technology. I have explained to the collectors that Lewan has my credit card info on file and didn't understand why my account was being collected upon. I just received an email (have always had the same email) with two invoices. One is to collect for services incurred 2/5/21 - 10/5/21 and the other is to collect on a duplicate invoice for April 2021. I am currently on hold with Lewan as I need to speak with someone about the billing issue and have been on hold for 21 minutes and still no one comes on the line. I have spoken with several people and they continually put me on hold.Initial Complaint

We leased a printer from Lewan and have been having problems with the billing since December 2021. I have called and emailed countless times with no resolution. No one even bothers to respond. We were charged for an interim lease payment that we were told we did not have to pay. They have billed us late charges, and tax for this charge even though it should not have been on the invoice. I have been emailing Colindresralon, **** J (External) <************************************************> for almost 2 months now with no answers.
