The transaction took ********/21/22 for 975$. Ive been trying for a couple weeks now to be refunded. I feel like the company has taken my choice to use another company personal. They will not give me any update or indication they actually intend to refund me.Business response

***** emailed someone that was out of the office on leave. We didn't know of his original request until much later than was sent. Once I became aware of the problem, I called ***** on ***** and let him know his check was ready and if he wanted to come into office to pickup or mail out. ***** asked for his check to be mailed. ***** apparently filed his complaint with the BBB the same day. We show the check was cashed on *****. If he did not cash this check please have him contact our office so we can look into this matter. We addressed ***** and his refund check as quickly as we could under the circumstances. Hopefully ***** will acknowledge that he did indeed receive the check.
