      I ordered a free survival book and paid for the shipping. I did not know I was agreeing to a membership of $39.95 monthly. If it was there it wasn't noticeable and I was not asked if I wanted to join. It was ***********. I went to the website to try to get a customer service agent but you cannot call or email any live person. I have called 4 times and never got anyone to answer the phone or call me back when I leave a message. I want my scammed subscription that I did not know I was signing up for to be cancelled immediately.

      I ordered a free survival book and paid for the shipping. I did not know I was agreeing to a membership of $39.95 monthly. If it was there it wasnt noticeable and I was not asked if I wanted to join. It was hidden well. I went to the website to try to get a customer service agent but you cannot call or email any live person. When I finally found where to cancel the subscription I was offered a discount to $19.95 a month and I declined and was offered another at $9.95 a month and then again 3 more times, but you charged me $39.95? Slight of hand crooks!

      October 19, I was charged $42.71, and on October 6 I was charged $3.95 and $1.06. I have no idea who this company is or why this company has charged my card. I can not find a number to call and speak with someone, or an email, or anyway to contact them. The website doesn't have any useful information. This has to be some hacker.

      They spam your email 3x a day.. I talked to someone from there and they said they would take me off the mailing list, also i have unsubscribed many times.

      Patriot Society recurring subscription **** that I did not agree to and now will not allow me to cancel the subscription I thought this was a one time order now they are taking money from my card monthly they are k me from cancelling by not allowing me to put in the amount of the subscription I just want to cancel I didn't agree to this subscription

      Good Morning,

      We would be happy to assist in cancelling the customers monthly membership. However, we could not find record of the customer in our system using the information they have provided.

      When the customer ordered from us, they should have received a confirmation email detailing their complete order summary. Based on the customer's message, they seemed to have OPTED IN for the membership, which was an optional add on offered during the check out process, and can be cancelled at any time. The information on the membership terms are published on the page that the customer ordered from. These charges along with our contact information are displayed on the monthly credit cards statement for customer to contact us at anytime to speak to us regarding the charges.

      Prior to any billing we would have sent a pre-billing notification email notifying the customer of the end of the ****** free trial and upcoming billing. They would have also received a Trial completion email detailing the start of their charged membership. There would also be a recurring order confirmation email which would include their monthly membership receipt.

      We do not hide anything regarding our membership for the additional offers.

      Is there another name or email that the order may have been purchased under? Does the customer have an order number? Can we have the type of card and the last 4 digits of the card in question? We would appreciate more information in order locate transaction and get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!
