            I paid the Paw School $301.50 for a 10 pack of classes for dog training. I only used 5 of the 10 classes before finding out the school closed. No notice was given before hand or even after the fact. I found out by searching their website to book my next training class. No refunds were offered. These were not expired either.I have emailed the business twice and sent a text message. No response. I want my remaining $150.75 refunded immediately. Very disappointing. There are many other reviews on yelp and ****** stating the same issue I am having. This business stole my money.

            ***********************, the owner of ****** Paw School, and her clerical staff utilize fraudulent practices to extort customers. Long story short, I purchased a training package in 2016/2017 and attended a couple of classes. However, I failed to use all the funds because my dog had some health issues. When I notified the staff, I was told to leave the money in my account. After a short while, it became apparent that we could not resume classes at Paw School so I reached out multiple times to request a refund and spoke to ***** who finally connected me to ***** in or around 2019. Despite my polite requests, ***** refused to return my money. I really needed the funds to pay for mounting vet bills which I explained to her and was extremely disappointed that I couldn't get my money back. I first signed up with this business before the name change when they were "Zoom School" and had no complaints. I would never recommend their services based on how I was treated.
