I took in my granddaughters Easter Dress A cute pink dress to her ankles with a matching shawl, I explained it has a small spot on the bottom front , So she gave me my first receipt dated April 12,24 they said it would be about 2-3 days and they would email me but I didn't get one. I called 5 days later it was ready the price of $26.80 tax and all, I went to pick it up But The first thing I did was barley pick up just the bottom of the Plastic they put over it to check the spot hoping they were able to get it out? {But the spot was still there?} I ask her if she could see it? it was clear as day and she said hum OH ya I see it then offered to take it back to do a spot remover and it would be another 2 days ok so I noticed the shawl was on a different hanger and I was going to just leave the dress but I seen the shawl was not Pressed? so I ask if she wouldn't mind to have the shawl pressed also? So this time I got the email went to pick it up and ALL I looked at {again was just the bottom front to check the spot this time it seemed the spot was gone} the lady said you also got a senior discount I Paid $28.29 no problem I paid I didn't ask for a senior discount, But the price went up instead of down no matter. I brought the Dress home and picked up the Plastic to look now I see the whole front the chest part a small area of beads,( NOW! strings hanging stitching and beads missing and loose beads hanging?) I just felt like crying I couldn't believe it? I called and ask to speak to a manger her name is ***** {720}936-0091, I told her how I felt my grdaughter wanted to were it for continuation at school and the dress is completely ruined? she did say she could try to fix it? I took it back this time the clerk was ******** to me saying while we told you about the strings hanging? She Started saying YOU! understood? interrogate me like wanting a response. My gd has not tried it on but the inseam down the back zipper is Pulled together. today 4/23/24 DONE? 3 time
