      I made a purchase for an ice maker in November 2023. I never received it and asked for a refund and never received that.

      On 11/19/23, I made a purchase online with Welldik for $39.96 for a plant. I never received any notification or email from them. On 12/4/23, I emailed the company at the address they provided at the bottom of the receipt ********************* and it got kicked back. I never received the item. In January 2024, I filed a fraud case with my bank as I used my debit card for this transaction. They sent me a letter in late March denying my claim because the Welldik company responded with a tracking number saying it had been delivered. The bank fraud department did not give me more than that - they couldn’t tell me what carrier was used for me to check with that company. Essentially, I am left to prove that I did not receive the item (I’m not sure to do that other than to report I did not receive it). I used the tracking number provided to the fraud department ************* but it comes up with nothing from the major delivery agencies. I’ve emailed Welldik at the email provided by the bank fraud department ********************** (which is slightly different than the receipt email) three times in the last 2 weeks with no response. I’ve requested proof of the tracking number and carrier or for them to refund my money. No response.

      I Ordered an foldable scooter from Welldik on Nov 27 2023, receipt ********** as of March 18, have not received it. Dispute charge with American Express, Welldik said was delivered Dec 25, 2023 I sent email to Welldik on March 18 2024 stating I had not received the scooter they returned email with traking number ******************************************** The reason I beleive it was never received is, I live in an ****** *********** ****** ********* where all packages are delivered to the front door, logged into a book and delivered to the resident. Some one is at the desk 24 hours a day 7 days a week

      This is a scam product to which I received a fake tracking number. This is a company called Welldik Inc and they are all over the internet as being a scam company with multiple recent complaints. I bought a wheelchair online and when it did not come, I disputed this with my bank KeyBank. KeyBank will not refund the money, as part of this scam is that Welldik sends a fake tracking number from China Post,to where my bank now believes I received the wheelchair. It is well-documented what this company is doing now, and it should be put to a stop. I make only $900/month and this amount of money lost is devastating to me and is causing me great stress. I think it is despicable that a company would take advantage of people attempting to buy wheelchairs and take their money. I am also continuing this matter with the bank and trying to let them know so they can protect other vulnerable people against this scam.

      I ordered a scooter from this company in November (I have the receipt) I payed $53.19 for it. It still hasn't arrived. I've tried to call, no answer. Tried to email, no such luck. The people who are Responsible for this should be ashamed. I was counting on that to get around.

      I was charged 53.15 on 12/29/2023 on my credit card. I have never heard of this company & have no idea what the charge is for nor do I know what they sell. There is no contact information on my credit card statement. I contacted my credit card company and they are telling me that this company had all of my information so the charge, in their opinion, is legit. It is not!!! I've read other people's experiences with this company and it appears to me that they are scammers.

      I ordered an EV Rider on Dec 8, 2023 & charged $53.11 to my credit card. I was expecting arrival of my order about Jan 1st. I have contacted the company, WELLDIK, INC they gave an order number, and a tracking no. I have tracked my shipment, The paperwork they show, says my order was delivered to my house on Jan. 11 at 14.05pm. There was nothing ever delivered. I have check with neighbors, asking if they signed for something. Not any did. I have asked WELLDIK who signed, or what delivery service they use: UPS, USPS, FEDEX? I have asked for a refund. AS of today, Feb 13, 2024 I still have no answers and no refund. very upset. I'm having foot surgery soon and needed this for mobility.

      Placed an online order 12.25.23 with ********* ********************) for $59.91 & was given an order # but after that we’ve heard nothing from them & haven’t received our product. Filed a dispute with the credit card company & they gave us information supplied by the merchant but the phone # doesn’t work, the website doesn’t come up & the tracking number isn’t valid in the U.S. plus they’re saying if we gave our credit card info willingly then we’re expected to pay because it’s not considered a scam then.
