You'll need to connect with the US **** of ** to discuss any accounts or charges on your credit. The attached document includes screenshots of our respective websites. Please note that the US **** of ** mentions school loans. You can find more information, including contact or customer service information, at *************************;

      Thank you.

      So I went to ******* career College and I completed my courses and all I needed to do was my hours. Their employees stormy was responsible for finding a location for me to do my hours. I ended up being dropped from the program because ****** did not do what she was supposed to do Alongside that I needed to do my CPR class so therefore they didnt want me to start school until I did my CPR classes. It has just been a lot dealing with ******* career College. I am still sitting without my certificate because of the issue that the department of education has what ******* career College. Why am I being put out of an education I would like for the US Department of education in ******* career College to figure out where do we go from here there should be no reason why I am out of a certificate and should be paying for a student loan when I have not been able to get my hours to accomplish my goal, which is being a dental assistant , they have ignored me. I have tried to reach out to them numerous of times they have constantly pointing the finger at each other. No one has resolve this issue, so therefore, I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to have the US Department of education in ******* career College to figure this out. I am out of money. I am out of an education. This does not feel real I was robbed of my education.

      My application for TEPSLF was submitted in July 2022 when my loan was with FedLoan. In August 2022, I received approval of qualifying employment history from June 2006 to July 2022. I was told at that time that my application had been sent to the DOE/*** for final review and approval.My loan was then transferred to MOHELA. This took an extended amount of time and it was not clear that my TEPSLF application had transferred. ****** stated that the resubmitted the application in October 2022. In November of 2022, ****** confirmed that I had >120 qualifying payments for PSLF forgiveness and again told me that I was in the final stages of review awaiting approval from the **** That was nearly a year ago. After many conversations with ****** and complaints submitted to the **** I filed a BBB complaint in May 2023. ****** responded, once again, that I have met the qualifying number of payments and the delay in review/discharge rests with the ***.I provided this information to the *** and they responded that they have no way of tracking applications and that it is entirely handled by ******. None of this addresses the fact that my application has been in the "final stage" of review for nearly a year. I would like clear, written confirmation that the *** received my application for discharge. If ****** is unable to provide that, I would like them to re-submit my application to the *** for review.

      I do not have an issue repaying my loans. In fact I have finished making my 120+ payments under the **** program as approved by both ******, my loan provider, and studentaid.gov. My issue is that since the approval, 4 of my 10 loans have been forgiven and now show a $0.00 balance. However, 6 of my 10 loans, with a higher approved pay count than some of the already forgiven loans, have not yet been forgiven. This is preventing me from leaving my eligible employer for higher paying employment elsewhere.The other six loans, 001 ********************* Unsubsidized, 002 ********************* Unsubsidized, 003 ********************* Subsidized, 004 ********************* Unsubsidized, 005 ********************* Subsidized, 006 ********************* Unsubsidized, should be forgiven immediately.
