My smart doorbell stopped working, so I hired ***** because he was available the next day. He arrived and I showed him the bell, the power source, and the wall box. He needed to buy a new transformer for the power source and asked me to ***** him so he could go buy it because he didnt have enough money (theyre like $20..) and I sent it to him, but felt it was sketchy and unprofessional. He returned and apparently blew out that box. So he went and bought another one. He blew that one out too. This was all before he even looked at the box with the chime in the wall. He decided he didnt want to go to the store again and didnt want to continue working on my project. He also acted weird with me like this was my fault. He charged me $370 to leave my doorbell in worse shape than it was and for all the parts he ruined. My father called him because Im not good with confrontation and offered him the ability to come fix the issue, or refund me, and he refused. This guy has no idea what hes doing and should not be in business. I would like my $370 back since no work was actually done to fix the bell, and I still need to hire someone new to do so now.
