This business convinced me to sign up for their annual program for a monthly fee that I could "cancel at any time". Over the past 6 months, I've contacted them a number of times to cancel and they have not once called me back or responded and yet they've continued charging me their monthly fee.Business response

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Here at Mister Sparky we by no means want to hold you hostage to our membership. The membership is intended to be a service to our clients and if you do not see the value in it I want to make sure you receive the refund you are requesting. I have been made aware that our csr ****** has reached out to you as well and is working on your refund as we speak. I have also been made aware that the text service you communicated with on our websites was not properly relaying information to us. Thank you for your feedback on this matter. Your assistance has helped us correct this error and helped us better serve our clients. Once again I apologize for any stress this has caused you. I hope this solves your concerns on BBB and reviews on other platforms that you may have rightfully shared your opinion on. We all make mistakes from time to time, but we really do try our best, the correct them.

I am rejecting this response because: your team informed me that they would follow up once they got approval for my refund. Yet again, your team dropped the ball and I wasn't followed up with.Where is my refund and cancellation confirmation?

Thank you for your patience in this matter. I have sent an email to the *** you spoke with to reach out to you. The refund will show up on your account as 6 separate credits of $9.90. This credit will show up within the next several days.
