I bought the Executive package and while the resume writing, the communication package and the website writing were helpful, it was not worth the money. Their mailing campaign is mostly ineffective, I got one email out of 2 full campaigns, and it is vastly oversold.I would not recommend using ECP. A career coach to bring structure and help from a resume writer is the biggest value ad in their overpriced package. Also note that the performance garantee is only on the writing. it is not based on the outcome of the campaign. ***** this is in the contract, it is not what you will be sold.

ECP gave me the tools and support to find success for myself. Even though I have taught interviewing and resume development for years, the tools and guidance they offered were critical to getting past the digital screening process. The custom website they built for me was a game changer. It made my applications truly stand out. ECP was instrumental in professional preparing me for interviews, coaching me on executive presence, and strategizing around prospecting to contacts at companies I was targeting. The team and my coach truly cared about my success and were incredibly helpful in sharing new techniques and best practices. Looking for a new role is a very vulnerable process and my coach was extremely compassionate and readily available to talk through scenarios, successes, and frustrations. They gave me the tools to help build my confidence as I went through lengthly interviews. I could not recommend ECP more- the team is here to set you up for success. I utilized their approach and took take advantage of the resources they provide and it put me in a very good place with employers and executives. Are you looking for a true partner in your job search? Call Executive Career Partners. It's the best candidate marketing firm for Senior Positions I've ever worked with, and I've talked to quite a few over the last 6 months. I was laid off in November of 2023 and was given access to a firm from my prior employer. That firm was great at helping me get my resume updated and gave me access to great upskilling opportunities. However, they were not focused on MY next great adventure. Executive Career Partners paired me with a rep who cared about me and the kind of position I was looking for. I applied to 111 job requisitions and received only a single screening interview. I had almost given up hope. I spoke with my representative and got my first full night of sleep in weeks. He did his homework and had a plan at our first meeting. He asked me about the types of jobs I was applying for AND what job I truly wanted. He clearly explained the tools and resources he and his team can help me with. This was stuff that I hadn't even thought about. My experience with ECP was exceptional. I was very concerned with the thought of contracting a company to aid my job search. ECP put my mind at ease early, clearly explained the process, and most importantly exceeded my expectations.Prior to working with ECP I did not have a sound plan to conduct my job search. I worked with three different firms before engaging with ECP, and they were far and away the best. It's not inexpensive, but the quality and depth of the material and the direction and coaching is exceptional. Everything I was told in the sales process occurred exactly that way during the onboarding and engagement. Incredibly helpful for anyone considering a new opportunity. They really help market candidates so you're more attractive to companies. They also help significantly with the negotiation process. You really form a meaningful collaborative partnership with your career strategist, and working with ****** was immensely helpful. ECP, specifically ***********************************, were wonderful partners in this endeavor. Clearly set expectations for both their and my accountability throughout the process. The relationship built between ******* and I went beyond that of service provider/client as he truly took time to understand my history, present situation, and long term goals which included a career change towards a mission focused path.
