Transaction date: 07/2023 Amount paid: 3000+Business commitment: To provide working stable car, as promised.Nature of dispute: Company sold me a vehicle with a damaged in an engine under false pretenses Resolution: I have tried working with the dealership for months, and they continuously ignore the matter at hand. I would like to be refunded for all funds put into the vehicle & have this removed off my credit.Advertisement: they have a website they advertise the vehicles onBusiness response

When ******* came into our office on 6/5/23, we felt sorry for her because she had 2 re-pos, and couldn't get to work, and was going through a difficult time. She had been to 28 dealerships before coming to ours. She had a re-po with Credit Acceptance, and ******************** We decided to help *******, and ased our financial company ***** Financial to help her out. The loan went through, and ******* provided us, and ***** Financial with her insurance. ***** Financial found out that the insurance company that ******* provided was fake, so we had to call her multiple times and she did not answer. So finally after a week of calling, ******* provided insurance 2 weeks after purcahsing her vehicle. Her insurance was through ***************** and effective on 6/22/23. ******* wrecked the entire back of her car, and her insurance would not cover it. She also hit somethning on the bottom front of the car which made a hole, and caused the car to leak oil. ******* put a hole in her oil pan, and drove the car wihtout oil which caused the motor to blow. From the day of purchasing car, she has been a pain for us and for ***** Financial, and has never made a payment on time. Please have ******* send you pictures of the front and back of the car so she can show you the damage that she caused by wrecking her car. We sold her a great working vehicle, in great condition which she also refused extnded warranty when signing her papers. I have attached some of the papers when ******* signed showing As Is. We have a great reputation and have been in business for 38 years and have MANY repeat customers who have wonderful things to say about us. I was awaiting further documentation that I should have tomorrow from the establishment, proving that I did upkeep the oil changes on the vehicle so I can submit with the claim

I bought a car from magic finance on 12/05/2022 and from the beginning the car had heating issues the car was taken back to them several times and the issue was never fixed. They would say nothings wrong. Then low and behold 4 months later the car blows. Come to find out it has been an ongoing issue. After demands they Finally sent it to the mechanic where the major problem was identified not to mention a issue that did not happen over Night. After continuing to pay the car note the owner said we have to pay half of the bill to fix the car. Initially they sold a lemon (per the lemon law) and now we are stuck with the bill or i have no car and possible repo. I have no choice. This process has taken over a month. I will follow up with the bank and legal proceedings. June 26 2023 there was request for a copy of the purchase paperwork that was not given at purchase. When I arrived at the carlot the two employees took there time just to come out and say they don't have access to the paper work. The next day there was call made from the mechanic saying the car was fixed and he needed the money before he could release the car. The car was picked up thursday June 29th and **** dollars was given to the mechanic. June 30th 2023 the car broke down on the road while driving and spilled oil and other liquid from the engine. I called the mechanic and car dealership again and was told the car would be towed back to the mechanic. Three days later the car was still on the road and no calls from the dealership or the mechanic. At this point we still had no paperwork. After calling again we were told the owner is out of town for and we can call back Thursday. Today the owner gave a copy of the three page paperwork and offered to pay off the car and I'm left without a car and out several thousands of dollars. I'm unable to keep the car because it is not functional it is still sitting in my drive way.Business response

Can you please provide us with a VIN number, year, make and model of the vehicle? As of right now, our records do not show ***************************** ever purchased a vehicle from Magic Financing. I purchased a van from this company. The day I picked the van up the check engine light was on. After several calls and messages they finally said bring it back. I was thinking the issues were corrected. The following week 3 more issues so we had to do it all again. long story short today the van had the same issue. Hooked up engine reader to find they cleared the check engine code. I contacted the owner to let him know. He pretty much called me a liar and said get a attorney. These are crooks and they should have to let me out of my loan as this van has has the check engine light cleared.Customer response

Hello yes he told my husband to bring it up today and he can squeeze it in! Hopefully everything goes smoothly but we can close the complaint! Thank you ??
