We hired A+ at the recommendation from our realtor to replace our first and second story house with wood floors prior to selling it.... this fiasco lasted over a month disrupting everything This is ABSOLUTE WORST contractor I have ever worked with The issues began at the very beginning of the process with the lack of interest and concern from the owner ****.I asked for a meeting with her and tried to call and she refused to communicate in any fashion. I STILL, to this day, have not been able to talk to her. Even when the project was over and to this point there has been no communication.SOME OF of the issues are as follows Zero communication. No explanation of the process The project manager ***** was worthless. He was a fast talker that kept changing his story until he made himself feel better. Nothing but lies. He had no control over the crews at all and knew nothing when it came to the schedule or the project ******** showed up when they wanted to with no regard to the neighborhood or house.Cigarette butts all over the yard and porch Left sinks, mirrors filthy along with bathrooms. The mirror actually had to be Bleached to get the stains off They went into areas of the house they were not allowed. Moved our child's toys and ************** as if they were playing with them themselves. Lunch was left in the street along with trash.They broke window screens hauling wood and threw it out from the second story roof. Debris was in the tops of the trees as they could not hit the dumpster. No official walk after the job was completed. The damaged wood we did show them was fixed by stuffing toilet paper in and then caulking over. There were areas they blamed the painting crew and would not fix.The trash trailer sat for days beyond their commitment which was an issue with the HOA.All in all just the worst experience we have ever endured.There is so much more I could tell you it is insane. Just the absolute worst company.BE careful with A+. All they want is your money.
