Poor workmanship, poor communication, terrible customer service. Never finished the job. We had ceramic floor installed by Dmitry and his team, and we were very satisfied and left positive feedback back on 02/02/2020. In July of 2021, we were preparing our house to sale and needed to have our upstairs bathrooms refurbished. Based on our previous positive experience we hired Dmitry to do the job. We were on a tight timeline and made it clear we needed the job finished in a timely manner. He promised he would get the job done in a week; it to him 3 weeks to finish, causing a scheduling train wreck with painters and carpet installers. When the house was finally on contract, the buyers inspection revealed Dmitry had installed valves for a tub fixture in the floor, in violation of building code and both hot and cold lines were leaking, damaging the ceiling drywall in the laundry room directly below. In order to keep the contract with buyer we were required to have a licensed plumber repair the leak and have the ceiling drywall repaired, and an access panel installed. I expected Dmitry to make the repairs since they were all due to his poor workmanship. He agreed at first, but then started playing games and avoiding me. He dragged his feet, said things had been fixed when they hadnt, and got evasive to my every question. I had limited time to get the repairs accomplished or the buyers were gonna walk. After a week of stringing me along and no action, I was forced to hire other contractors to fix the leaks and drywall in the ceiling at an additional cost of $2100. I expected Dmitry to refund that the $2100 to me as the repairs were necessary because of his poor workmanship. He refused to accept any responsibility for any of that cost. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this man to do anything.
