  This company sold ** an item of such poor quality that they removed it from their website (refer to their ****** response to the most resent review). We have been trying to get answers since December on a persistent odor coming from the couch and they have stopped responding even though we keep reaching out to follow up. They are literally ignoring our questions and we dont feel we should be charged full price for this item after what we went through with the end result being a poor quality couch with a persistent odor that we arent sure is even safe.

  If you would like to return the sofa to us we will provide you with a refund.  Please send to our store at **************************************************  Natural wool very often has an odor that will dissipate with time.  Unfortunately, natural products often have smells with them (similar to food).  To wash wool with a natural process using just soap, instead of chemical agents, oftentimes a bit of odor remains which takes a bit of time to fade.  We removed the product from our website because of the lack of communication from the website.  We didn't not remove the product because of quality.  We have sold this product often, and have received complaints on time to ship, but never about the quality.  We haven't heard from you about a lack of quality of the product.  If there is something you'd like us to discuss with the manufacturer, we are happy to do that.
