We ordered garage doors for our home. Upon installation, the installer noted that one of the garage door windows was cracked and needed to be replaced. He said that it was ordered and it was a few months to get the replacement part. We didn't hear anything back for several months. The window is now completely broken. Over the last two weeks, we have called 8 times and the receptionist has taken messages that go unreturned. Is there anything the BBB can do to prompt the business to respond? This company is terrible!I've paid for half of a new garage door 5 months ago, they said it should be installed this last May, not a word of communication from them. I call and leave messages. I paid for half of my new door, $2,300, they have not said if it will ever be installed. I want my money back!I've waited too long and they won't contact me. I will reach out to a lawyer or the city of Boulder. I've also paid for a garage door opener, $1800 and it's had issues not solved.Initial Complaint

Boulder Garage door was contracted to install a new (replacement door on our property). We paid a 50% deposit and the company provided indicative scheduling for the installation. The installation team initially was not able (lacked the technical skill) to install the door and opening system. The installer cited that the way the project was sold and scoped would not work. The sales lead was contacted again he stated the opposite.Upon completion of the installation the install team demanded final payment which we made in full. After inspecting the work we noted multiple issues including screws popping out, belt is rubbing and has damaged the roof (installed too high) the door jumping the track, dirt greasy handprints stickers, torn seals that are not correctly ordered (wrong size) or installed on the door glass and ultimately the door opening and closing mechanisms deteriorating. The door remains only partially secured with some screws in place and is a safety hazard. The company has been advised of this in over 20 phone calls and multiple text messages and has had 3 missed appointments and each other appointment (3) has not been prepared to resolve the issue. The company operates as a call center and refuses to connect me with a manager or anyone in charge. The issue remains unresolved.The company has failed to resolve these issues, has had multiple opportunities to do so but acts with complete negligence and lack of attempts to resolve the matter.
