I think CENCO Roofing is unprofessional and trying to pull a scam on the elderly client that I take care of, who just had shingles put on roof May 30th. I asked them , sales consultant *****, to leave a paper report of the work that they did. She said she would, but didnt follow through. Then, she came to the house on June 7 to collect first half payment because client did not get insurance check yet. She is soft spoken and client is hard of hearing and also was confused after she left. Then, today, the production manager, ************** called me to tell me he was at the house today with city inspections, which it passed, and that he cant let me know anymore or be involved because Im not the clients ***, but was appointed by the *** to attend to clients household matters. ****** and I spoke last night and he asked who I was, I said I was the clients assistant, and today he accused me of lying, saying I said I was the clients sister. He didnt listen too well. The worst part is, he told me to mind my business and that he would not discuss the project or billing with me. I am a Certified Nurse Aid, hired by the client to also attend to all of his personal affairs, including me hiring CENCO roofing and making sure client gets insurance check which was mailed out last week. ****** said he will call State Farm to put a stop payment on that check so that CENCO could send an invoice and have the insurance send them a check. I called the client and he said no, he didnt want that. I called ****** back to tell him, and he said he just spoke with client and it was ok with client. I called client again and he said No, he does not want CENCO to stop Payment on the check, I called the clients local insurance agent, **************, and he said they cant do that, and that he would call ******, and the ************* , to make sure the check that is in the mail is not canceled. ****** was rude to me, very rude.
