We had a huge kitchen remodel through an Insurance claim and used Westhill to connect us with Elite Construction. Our work was completed by Elite Construction last year and we had issues during that process (had to have them reinstall our sink faucet. Our dishwasher also had to be installed twice because it was installed incorrectly, flooring had to be fixed, trim, etc) as well as two major issues with the work theyve done since its been completed. A few months ago there was a significant slow leak discovered due to their incorrect installation of our new fridges water line which damaged our new flooring, basement ceiling, drywall, etc While Elite said they were going to complete the repairs in two days, it took two weeks before final walk-through. I asked for all plumbing and appliances to be checked at that time as well.Today while doing dishes, our garbage disposal piping connected from the wall into the garbage disposal became uncoupled. Water leaked out of it and filled out bottom cabinet, leaking behind the dishwasher, and onto our new kitchen floor. While cleaning up the gallons of water that leaked through my base cabinets, the entire pipe (still connected to the wall) simply fell out of the wall- It was installed so poorly! We have asked for a third party to come in and make repairs as we cannot trust anyone Elite sends and are requesting Elite cover the cost.
