            I signed a contract with Schwalb Builders for renovation of my master bathroom. Work was completed & paid in full on May 18,2023. I have a contract that states upon completion, the work is warrantied for a full year. In June, 2023, I found that the tile in the shower had cracked. I have repeatedly called the ********************* to get this work repaired. As of today, November 8, 2023, there has been no attempts from the company or *********** to solve this situation. *********** has made promises, with no results. My recent attempts to contact him have been fruitless. I need help to get something done to rectify this situation. Thank you.

            This company is a scam. I ended up doing business with one of their shell companies called Avi's Remodeling. This is a shell for Schwalb Builders, which has a terrible rating because they don't even finish jobs. They took over $18,000 of my money, told me it would take over 2 months to get a ****** permit. After waiting 3 months, I called the **************, who told me that a permit had never been filed. Suddenly my "project managers" ***************** and ********************* were no longer working there. ***'s phone number was disconnected and Schwalb rings in to a voicemail. I went down to the *********************** address, and after asking a few questions of the neighbors and then the building manager, that they had been evicted several weeks earlier. They are no longer returning texts or phone calls and so I will be examining legal options. The owner's name is **** Schwalb or ***** Schwalb.
