I visited this salon for color in April and at that time the color did not match my hair. The stylist offered to fix it and scheduled me 2 weeks later but then cancelled my appointment. When I was able to get back in for an appointment I had color again and this time it was worse than the first time and I immediately ask for correction. She offered a quick fix which only made the color brighter. She also pulled in a more experienced colorist who made a recommendation on how to fix it but there was not enough time. At the beginning of the appointment I agreed to a haircut but when the color was so bad I ask to focus on the color and not cut it but **** insisted on cutting it. At that point she cut off way more that what we had agreed to. I paid for the service because otherwise she could call the police and say that I am stealing but she did also offer to fix it or refund. I have reached out to her numerous times with little apology or care that she made me look like *****************************. I have two very different colors on my hair when all I was asking for was a color match. I have never experienced this ********* owner bc previous salon owners would make the color right until it is what I want. **** did no such thing. It is very bad business.
