      They never showed up on time and left before was completed. They used a lot of my tools and my garage for storage and completely lied to me what was to take place. ***** the guy that comes over to bid the job will tell how reliable he and the company is to get the job. In other words he will lie to. Very disappointed *********** I will never use them again or refer them. I would not want to have a family go through what I did I even had to buy a hundred dollars of materials to complete my job and gave his labor guy $200 because would pay him. Very sad

      I spoke with customer and explained we would get this figured out because our office did not know about this until the project was done. So we are working on getting this resolved with the customer and the subcontractor.

      This place is awful. DO NOT HIRE! They will ignore your calls, make big promises at the office without checking with the contractor first, dishonest, leave things out of your contract completely OR put something in your contract but not in the contractors worksheet. Just an awful company.

      I dont understand why this customer left this review. They said we messed up there sink  after adding some fixtures so we went out and bought them a new sink and replaced it.

      We had used this company for work on a home being sold in the past, and they did fine. However, we recently wished to have a simple radon pipe painting done on our home, and it has been an absolute fiasco. I did not wish to risk the 30+ foot climb to paint the pipe, so I went through Denver's Handyman Services to try and have the work done. Trusting them from previous work, we paid up-front, and expected speedy resolution. The work was apparently subcontracted to another contractor. Initial response was good with the sub, but there was always an excuse on why the work could not be done (high wind, too cold, etc). Communications with DHS was initially good but, after a third call from the sub (and subsequent no-show on their part), DHS just started to ignore us. Emails and phone calls were completely ignored, and calls from the subs were also non-existent. I recently requested that work be terminated, and that half of the money I gave be refunded, as only half of the work was completed, and we tired of the stupid games. Silence.I understand using subcontractors to get jobs done. I do not accept that a company take money, then ignore the customers, nor that subcontractors be used, and then the primary contractor wash their hands of the situation. If you cannot take a job to completion, then do not take jobs (and money) from customers.

      This complaint is not accurate. The customer never called the office until he wanted to terminate the project and get a refund and we did both. We can not help if there is a problem especially since he did not call the office. But our company does what we say and do our best to get job done in timely manner. We cannot control the weather so some jobs have to be moved to another date and time and this project had to be rescheduled due to high winds. So we were not able to go 30ft ** in the air for safety reason and my subcontractor explained that to the customers wife, So I feel this review should not be on here. Because the only thing we did was fail to do the job on the scheduled date due to the weather and he never reached out to the office to say he was having any issues.

      I've had a laundry room expansion project on the schedule with Denver ********************** services for months. It was supposed to start today. The sub-contractor who showed up, *****, claimed that he was told the job only involved "moving a door" and since he was going to have shoulder surgery in a week, he knew he would not be done by then and would not start the work. After he left, nobody at Denver ********************** Services called me, so I called them and was informed they would get another sub-contractor to do the work. Well, it's almost noon, clearly the work is not going to start today and be done in a week, and nobody at the office has followed up to tell me anything at all. I changed my work schedule and gave this company a 50 percent deposit for this project. The estimator who put the project proposal together, *****, wasn't even here to walk the sub-contractor through the project today, and when I talked to him over the phone, he admitted that he had never met the guy. I am not going to throw more money at this company, the experience so far has already terrible, why continue to maintain a relationship, their awful.
