Fertility Pro offers a costly service that once purchased and attempted to put to use we realized was still in production, absolutely not a fully functional EMR (Electronic Medical Record) ready or capable as promised. I, *************************, worked with **************** on many occasions, no other staff was ever introduced on the Fertility Pro side. Having 10 years + working with other fertility based EMRs I can confirm Fertility Pro is absolutely still in the production stage, no templates or forms were available. Everything needed to have a functional EMR had to be requested to be set up. ************** solo practice does not have, nor should have, staff available to sit with Fertility Pro to advise of what should be part of the purchased software which is what we tried as an effort to make things work. The most worrisome part, which ended up being the day we requested cancellation was where a form created by Fertility pro had a patients name encrypted so any form we chose would print the patient name on it. Had we not done our due diligence we would've shared PHI with other patients. At that point we had to request a cancellation advising **************** of his programs short comings and the major breach that almost took place. **************** chose to provide speedy responses over quality work/outcomes, one unfortunately resulting in a very serious potential breach of PHI. We have requested immediate cancellation and that no additional payment be due to Fertility Pro, **************** has decided to continue efforts in keeping us as a paying client which is what has brought us to involving the BBB today.Other Fertility EMRs can be supplied if needed.
