This place is absolutely corrupt (Sacramento). Do not put your loved one in this program, especially if they are generally healthy. They do not care about patients, they're all just a price tag to this company. The turn over for employees is very high, and they make promises they can't keep once you're actually enrolled.

My mom is in an InnovAge/Pace facility in ********, **. We were told our mom would be able to live in her lovely apartment there, and transfer her to the memory care wing if her dementia got worse. But now, after an elective surgery, it seems she is being forced via a bureaucratic system to transfer out of the beautiful facility she has enjoyed, into a wholly different skilled nursing facility with a shared room, bathroom, closet and television. This, after many horrid missteps along the way on their part which have impacted Mom's recovery from a fairly simple surgery. They seem to be motivated for reasons unclear to family members to chase her out of her home, rather than, as they advertise, help keep her IN her home. The systemic disorganization, lack of communication, heavy-handedness, and incompetence have been staggering to navigate. We siblings have had to become full-time advocates for Mom against a gargantuan system where the "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing". STAY CLEAR OF ANY FACILITY IN THE LAKEWOOD INNOVAGE/PACE program.

I was an employee for Cross ********************** located at *************************************************************** I was assign to several client as a caregiver in their private home upon assign to work 3 day a week for ***************************** located at ******************************************* ************** less than 10 min from my home I stat working with ****** on Dec 05,2022. her condition was fractured shoulder her shoulder was this way a week before I even was assign to her she was in severe of pain and was trying to get her medication refill I took her hard copy to Walgreen pharmacy after waiting in line for over 45 mins I was told they could not fill he the prescription , I return to her home and call ********** Orthopedic and explain this issue to them I was told if was not cover ,upon coming to work on Wednesday her problem was not solve she want to cancel innovage l chart in my notes she was having problem and I was helping her with paper work this was on a Friday upon returning to work she is still in pain we did reach out to her social worker on thus and was told INNOVAGE have their own pharmacy at innvage outlet this is why I drove her to there located not realize this is the same county I am working with Innovage supervise I ask me do you work for Cross County I said yes within mins I receive a call from Cross County and was ask where was I at this lead to them terminated me I have been waiting on my last paycheck for the time of 12/12-12/16 22 which was told to me it will be deposit into my chase account it was not deposit into my account the second call to Payroll I was told payroll went in late you could get it on Tuesday which I did not receive Third call to payroll I was inform that if was mail out Friday 12/24/22 I have not yet receive the check Thank You *****************************

I think these people are scammers she moved me out of the area I was brought me to the middle of the desert with people threatening my life and now she has me in a room and board with the thermostat at 92 air was requested and denied. This person female but definitely not a lady should have to stay in these places beforehand let the roaches crawl on her in the middle of the night! I'm tired of these people talking advantage of me a 68 year old woman who had a pacemaker placed in July. APS won't do anything! What in the h*** is going on?Plz help I have diarrhea and no toilet paper, I've been without my meds for two weeks now So I guess nobody cares. Heaven help me!

I had a very good experience. They were awesome helping me to do the paperwork.I picked out the memory care facility. They did the work getting my Mom in. She had a nurse that visited her weekly or anytime I had a concern. She would always call with an update. Honestly I recommend them to friends also.

Lets start off with the name of the doctor. *************** my mom has been going to this place for quite sometime now, and her health has not gotten better. When she came in she was stable at stage 3 kidney failure. A month later, due to *************** giving her over 11 different meds to take, my mother fell into stage 4. My mother is currently at an appointment right now, and *************** has a habit of always being over an hr late. Appt check in 10am. Talking to my mom, and the Dr is still 20mins away. It is now 11:28am. Nobody has come to tell her anything. Shes just sitting there. First thing i will be doing is contacting the ********** of ******* After that, Ill contact the ************** to file a complaint as well. It will be a paper trail of complaints until they fix this issue. Shes paying all this money, and they just keep giving her medication. She doesnt even know why she takes 3 of them. The doctor mailed her a box, and told her to take these as well. Unprofessional, terrible work ethic, and even worst doctor to the patients. Go on any review site and you can see what Im talking about. All the complaints are similar, and very lengthy reviews.

Innovage is not the best place for you love one , for your parents . Innovage does not care about participants , I thing the state should make a investigation on this place because old people deserve a better place

If you truly love your loved ones, steer clear from INNOVAGE/PACE to protect them and yourself from the LACK of COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATION,TOTAL CARE, HONESTY, COMPASSION, TRANSPARENCY, and the goes on. That "ALL INCLUSIVE" c*** is just that... CRAP!! In a team of eight (8) people, only about two had a clue!! They, in my opinion, are ripping off ******** and the participants! It's been h*** since day 1, dealing with these people. My eyes see and my nose smells some fraudulent business practices in the midst. I definitely believe that a surprise investigation is GREATLY & EXTREMELY NECESSARY!! It really sickens and angers me to see so many of these facilities taking advantage of our Seniors and their families!! Oh, the stories that dealt directly with my family that I could share. SMH (Shaking My Head). Pass this overpriced ($5,000/mo.) and deceitful facility by. That's ************** am sticking to it!! Signed,VERY DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED P.S.
