This facility continues to charge ** a complex care fee after repeated phone calls and attempts to remove us from this practice. The last time my son saw a provider was Oct 5, 2022. There has been no care provided since this date. I have gotten the run around, left dozens of message and the facility will not respond.Business response

This patient provided insurance information in January of 2023. We have not received any other communication from the patient asking to discontinue care. Our practice has a complex care fee model that the patient consented to upon initiation of care. We have made the patient inactive in the system and reached out to the patient to resolve the issue.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I made multiple attempts and had multiple conversations with *** and **************** regarding this matter, as well as messages. I will not be paying any comex care fee for the 2023 fiscal year. That is the only resolution I will accept.

As previously stated, we have made your chart inactive. Here is the screenshot of the cancellation of your complex care fees for 2023. We are sorry you had to change insurance companies, and they denied your claims. As a courtesy, we are waiving your balance. We wish you the best in your future healthcare endeavors.
