            I've had a number of missed Dr ************ due to ModivCare not showing up. This has resulted in me having to pay missed appointment fees, finding my own transportation by paying a neighbor, driving myself and loosing my 12 rides per the plan.December 14 2023, March 22 2023, March 10 2023, February 27 2023, December 29 2022.ModivCare would accept the transportation but 2 times not following the instructions to not use the highway due to my anxiety. They'd accept the call but show up late causing me to miss the appointment and have to reschedule including getting late cancel notice. Lastly ModivCare drivers would inaccurately report arriving to my house only to report arriving to my home and immediately cancel.Some drivers were very unsafe nearly causing vehicle accidents. I've photos of ModivCare operating vehicles with engine lights on and inspection stickers expired!

            Different drivers say different things when I get in the car ?? Some get a digital signature Others say theyre an independent driver accept (tips)Some have a taxi sign top their car Sometimes a utility van (20 passenger) picks me up Its a little confusing I got stuck an emergency came up and someone had to leave their work just to give me ride back home It was scary ?? I hope it doesnt happen again
