Purchased snack bars from Atkins (division of SIMPLY GOOD FOOD COMPANY) with purposefully deceptive packaging showing inaccurate sizing of the snack bars. To my great surprise and dissatisfaction the bars were half the size of the packaging. I want a full refund, receipts/pictures attached. On Jun 28, 2023 I ordered Atkins Endulge Treat, Pecan Caramel Clusters, Keto Friendly, 10 Count (Pack of 6) for $42.10 on Amazon. 1 box of 10 arrived on 7/7/23 I am missing 5 boxes .Amazon states that I must contact Atkins directly. I have emailed the company on 7/7, 7/17 & 7/20. It is now 7/23 & the only communication was back on 7/7 when I was issued ticket #********. There has been no follow up or resolution.Initial Complaint

I contacted Atkins customer service, by both phone and email, after purchasing a large multi-pack of their meal replacement bars, that unfortunately arrived spoiled and damaged. Atkins kindly replied via email stating that they would send me a voucher for a replacement of this product pack, which would arrive in 3-4 weeks. That was March 14, 2023. 3-4 weeks passed, and I still had not received anything from the business. So I sent several follow up emails to Atkins, but I have not received a single reply from them, and it has now been nearly 3 months.Initial Complaint

Bought the 'Atkins Indulge' 30 treats +3 free from our local BJS. What a horrific product. We were both in the bathroom all day after indulging in these snacks from h*** A full refund is needed. We can provide a copy of the receipt if needed.Initial Complaint

Atkins received my personal information from a grocery store that collected my information without my consent during shopping. Atkins has sent me emails for months, and I continue to remove myself from their newsletter. Despite having unsubscribed at least 3 times, they continue to send me emails and unfortunately, gMail won't automatically move them to my Spam folder. Atkins' emails continue to then show up on my inbox and spam my inbox. I don't understand why I am still not removed from the newsletters. I need them to stop sending me emails and take my request to remove me seriously. It has been months.I would like Atkins to remove me from their email newsletters permanently. I would also like confirmation again that they will stop bothering me.Initial Complaint

For months I have been receiving unsolicited emails from Atkins. I have reported them as junk and clicked on "unsubscribe" in the footer of the emails to unsubscribe, however I am never unsubscribed and continue to receive emails. This goes against the CAN-SPAM Act of ****. First, I never signed up for their emails and second, they should be allowing me to actually unsubscribe.
