I have never received any care or service from this company. In May 2023, they sent me a bill via PFC collection agency and threatened legal action for unpaid services dated June 2021. I have never received care from them and this bill came out of the blue with no prior contact. I want this company to cease and desist from contacting me, threatening legal action, and claiming that I owe any money to them. This is a sham company.

I received a notice from the collection agency. PFC. They were collecting on the above mentioned business, Emergency Medical & Surgical Specialists of Colorado, llc, in the amount of $4138.53 I have never had a procedure with this company. The date of service is 9/14/2021. The collection notice came to me 10/11/23.I have contacted my insurance agency. They have received no claims for that date. Additionally, they said I had no surgeries in 2021. When I call the number given Im asked to leave a voicemail. I have done this numerous times. No one returns my call.I feel this is either a bogus company created to extort money from innocent people, a case of mistaken identity or someone using my information for medical treatment. My personal thought is the first I mentioned.I decided to ****** them one more time and saw them mentioned on the Better Business Bureau. After reading through the comments and complaints it seems this is a pattern for this company. Please help!

Emergency Medical and Surgical Specialists have billed my wife for a medical procedure. However, the insurance claim (TRICARE) was denied due to the provider not being properly TRICARE-certified at the time of service. I have left voicemails with the company, but never have they called me back. I also ensured that TRICARE sent them a letter detailing why the claim was denied and what needs to be done in order to correct it. The company has not done any of these things, and has instead opted to send the bill to a collections agency for a much higher amount than was on the invoices they last sent.I left voicemails stating what they needed to do on July 25, August 24, and September 18. The business has done nothing in these past 90 days to attempt to fix the problem. I will be disputing the debt with the collection agency, as well as filing complaints with the appropriate Colorado agencies.

My daughter went to a drive through COVID test. She did not get out of the car. They did not take any vitals or other health screenings. They handed her a cup, told us to pull off to the side and spit into the cup. She was to label the cup and they collected it. Other than maybe 2 minutes of directions we spoke to no one. They have billed my insurance and now are trying to collect from her for an office visit. I worked in healthcare and so does she. The services do not meet the definition of an office visit and should have been billed as a COVID test.

On 7/23 I was billed for a service on 11//20/21 with the last name misspelled. I have no idea what the service is for. Attempts to contact them by phone have been sent to voice mail with no call back.

We were mailed an invoice for our daughter in the amount of $1,561.00 dated 1/31/2023 for services they say they provided on 1/6/2022 & 2/3/2022. The provider listed "Chrzastek" for various services. Our daughter has never been to a place called Emergency Medical & Surgical Specialists of Colorado or seen a provider with the last name of *********. We left a voice mail and got a return call from ************ who would not speak to us even though we provide the insurance for our daughter. When researching the provider, we found a nurse practitioner with that name in a different practice (***********************) located at ***************************. The only link we can think of is our daughter did get her blood drawn at Quest in the same building in 2022 at the request of her physician. We believe this is phantom billing in that her information was taken and used fraudulently. We have continued to get invoices (1/31/23, 3/3/23, 5/1/23, 5/31/23, & 7/10/23) for the same amount. We show PO Box *****, ****** *****.

I received a bill in March of this year 2023 for services rendered in November 2021. I have never been to their facility or have received any treatment from this organization. The billing appear to be for "free" covid testing which this organization has already billed my health care insurance provider and received payment. I attempted to call the company to discuss the charges and the calls went direct to voicemail.

I have been billed for services from two long ago dates: 12/28/2021 and 5/17/2022. I think this company is fraudulent, as I have never visited the purported addresses in ******** or ******. It appears that the charges are for "infectious agent detection" which seems like it might be covid testing. Though I have had a couple covid tests performed at 'free testing' sites as advertised through legitimate government agencies they do not match with these dates. I have insurance coverage for these services. I'd already replied that they likely have the wrong person upon sending a bill last month, but they sent another bill. The hospitals listed as those served are not ones I have ever visited. The only hospital I ever had a test for were in ************************* Hospital prior to a procedure at the hospital, for which insurance information was collected. Never was I informed that any charges would be incurred if they somehow are associated with the actual covid tests I received, which I had specifically researched as 'free.' Neither do these dates match any time I would have sought covid tests. They might have the wrong person, but I do not know how they got my address to send me a bill. They sent a bill for $724. Thank you for investigating. This might be criminal. I think it's one of the many fraudulent companies that have taken advantage of our pandemic situation.

This company provided services to the state to conduct free covid testing sites. This ultimately ended up not being free because they are allowed to choose fees that can be charged to the customer directly. I paid 6 invoices, 1 for each member of my family that got a test. A month later I received the same invoice asking for payment, they don't answer their phone, they don't return calls and I'm starting to worry that this company is actually fraudulent.
