      I'm a Psychotherapist that practices in ******* IL. My problem has to do with a fabricated review of my services dated 2/23/23. The review was scathing and has damaged my business and financial income. The review was related to couples counseling. I was made aware of this review recently from a client who had left me an outstanding review (as others have as well). I was stunned and horrified after I read it. It is completely fabricated because I was not practicing when the date of the review was posted. I've contacted Healthgrades twice and they refuse to delete it from their site. They said that they didn't have the power to, which is not believable. I am not seeking any financial compensation. I just want the review to be removed because it has damaged my reputation and professional standing in the community. I don't know what to do. I've lost business due to this slander.       I am a physician and sent 2 emails to healthgrades. The first was saying that there were erroneous reviews on my profile. Then i realized almost all the details in my profile are incorrect, so I am not even sure the patient issues were with me! II need my provider changed to reflect the correct details.

      I am a "provider" on their website. I did not give permission for my information to be shared and the contact information listed includes my personal phone number. I am not sure how they obtained my personal phone number. They require creating a profile to change contact information. This is a predatory practice: using someone's personal information, then requiring someone to create a profile on their website (engage with their service) to make needed changes. Many other websites (who are owned by healthgrades?) copy this information, so clients have access to my personal cell phone number. This is dangerous in my line of work (clinical psychology). 1. I want my profile removed if possible, 2. if that is not possible, I need my personal cell phone number removed from the website.

      Healthgrades is posting inaccurate and defamatory information about me. I have tried the options for resolution -- which include creating an account and using their help section. However, there is no way for me to contact them about this issue. There is no way for me to correct the problems. There is no way for me to reply to concerns. I am a psychiatrist and deal with mentally unhealthy people. I cannot reply to concerns because of confidentiality. However, their website does not even allow me to respond to concerns at all, even though it indicates I should be able to.

      Hello, My name is ******************************* and I have tried to contact Healthgrades multiple times to have my profile removed from their site as I have closed my therapy business practice. They have not responded nor taken action to remove my profile even though my NPI is deactivated. I need my profile removed from Healthgrades.com and have not been able to speak with someone regarding this. I have only been able to submit requests online multiple times for which I have not heard back. For reference, my NPI (which is what Healthgrades was using to verify my profile but is now deactivated) is **********. I am no longer a therapist and have closed my practice so need this profile removed asap. Additionally, this is the link to the online listing of my therapy practice which is permanently closed - **************************************************************************** Please let me know if you need anything further from me in order for this action to be completed. I submitted an initial request yesterday but clicked the wrong box regarding next steps by the BBB so am resubmitting this request. Thank you

      A patient left a poor review 9/23 on Healthgrades's website regarding my ignorance and poor treatment with respect to their implant. 1. I retired from clinical dentistry October 2014. I have not stepped foot in a dental office as a provider since that date. I currently adjudicate claims remotely for several insurance company clients. When I did practice, until 10/14, I never placed implants or restored them. I was never trained for implants (older generation). The slanderous patient review claims that:A. The patient was seen by me, and B. I glued their implant (which is a procedure I never did).2. I contacted Healthgrades regarding the erroneous/libelous review and was told that they cannot remove reviews. 3. *********** shows me as actively practicing, which I am not. They go on to tell the public that I am seeing new patients and share with them my personal cell number. They define a practicing dentist as one with an active license, per email from ****, HG ***************** An active license does not mean that a provider is practicing dentistry. They can be doing administrative work or simply keeping it active should they decide to practice later. They can be on disability or on leave. 5. Healthgrades published incorrect information about licensees without verifying the patients or information and when contacted and given facts and data regarding the errors, they do not correct the errors. They are a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.I demand:-Removal of my license and ALL info due to intentionally false and erroneous data (intentionally because I reached out with corrections that they refuse to make) -Removal of the false/incorrect review placed 9/2023.I want this company to stay away from me, my license, my private cell phone number, and my reputation that I worked so hard and long to build.

      I still have the false review and the reason for it after my investigation is that they have an incorrect office  address.

      When you use a search engine, such as ******* you are looking at a cache page. You must click on their link to view the actual company's webpage. We have requested that information be updated but Healthgrades has no control over when ****** or any other search engine re-indexes those static pages. Sometimes they do this in a timely manner (a week) and sometimes it can take them up to a month. Note: Share-Care usually updates their pages in 2-3 business days after Healthgrades page changes.

      Hello, I posted a review last year 6/23/23 on healthgrades.com about 2 physicians, ****************** and ****************. This June, 2024 I decided to remove the reviews. On Healthgrades I tried going into my account and deleting the review and everytime I did that, it would show the reviews disappearing from my account, but if i would refresh, the reviews would appear in my account again, no matter how many times i went into my account and deleted it, and it would still be on the healthgrades website. Therefore I decided to contact healthgrades customer service, I've attached a record of my interactions with customer service. They were able to remove the **************** review, but they have kept saying they would remove the ****************** review, but have not. First the customer service agent ******** said it would be shown as removed in 3 days, multiple times. When i contacted her on July 15, saying she told me back in June it would be removed in 3 days and it was still up, I was told that if I search via ****** the review would still show due to ****** caching and would still show up for a few more weeks, but if i searched via the healthgrades site, the review would be gone. I contacted healthgrades on August 1, saying i had searched via the healthgrades website and the review was still up. Since then, they have ignored me and not answered my question. I would like my review removed immediately and if they continue to ignore me and not remove the review, my next step would have to be a lawsuit to force them to remove the review.

      I am writing to formally submit a complaint against Healthgrades regarding their handling of a recent review and their lack of response to my communications. A review was recently posted on my Healthgrades profile that included name-calling, which clearly violated their community guidelines that prohibit "name-calling or personal attacks." I promptly reported this review and requested its removal.In addition to this, I made a request for the removal of the review feature from my profile entirely, due to the ethical responsibilities and constraints specific to my specialty in behavioral health.Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Healthgrades, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my requests. This lack of communication and inaction is concerning, and I believe it warrants further investigation and intervention.I respectfully request that the BBB take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that Healthgrades honors my requests in accordance with their own guidelines and the ethical standards required in my profession.

      Healthgrades which is a company that allows patients to file review about health care providers on its website is declining to remove a false and defamatory statement about me as a health care provider that was made by a disgruntled patient upset that they are having to pay an unpaid bill. I have requested, in writing, that healthgrades remove this false statement/false review from their website and explained that the statement is untrue and injurious to my reputation and explained that by allowing this false statement of fact to remain on their website is defamation, as it is wholly untrue. Healthgrades has yet to remove this false statement/from their from their website. I am requesting the assistance of the better business bureau in getting this statement removed from healthgrades website. I have an excelllent reputation and false statements should not be permitted to remain posted on healthgrades' website. Please help me in getting healthgrades to remove this false review, which was posted on their website on June 27, 2024.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have repeatedly explained to Healthgrades that this review was made by a disgruntled patient MORE THAN ONE YEAR after services were rendered when I told the patient that the bill which I have given them more than one year to pay needed to be paid.  This false review was filed only after notifying the patient that their bill needed to be paid.  The patient was FULLY INFORMED IN WRITING prior to services being provided what the cost of services would be if not paid by insurance; as such the No Surprises Act does not apply and the patient's statement that they were not notified is completely false.  This false review is injurious to my reputation and Healthgrades refusing to remove it despite the fact that I have explained it is false and defamatory means that Healthgrades is publishing defamatory information and is itself engaged in defamation.  I expect Healthgrades to remove this false review as it is defamatory and misteading.  Other health care providers have filed simliar complaints with the BBB regarding Healthgrades refusal to remove false and defamatory reviews.  I want this false review removed.
