    I do not want to pay $99/month for a service that went out of their way to take away a medication I needed that I had an appointment about, causing me stress as Ive just had surgery and cant go to the pharmacy often, we went over everything in a call and it was even sent to the pharmacy, and then was deliberately canceled by them after I got there, I waited a long time for the appointment as is for this medication (dutasteride) while suffering hair loss, extreme mental health problems, and many issues that have made life very hard because I was not getting the proper care I knew I needed, I was pretty much brushed off in the appointment, then they took away my main testosterone blocker on top of this, causing me panic attacks, if I am not prescribed this medication I will block my card and not allow any payments to go through until this is resolved, it is not okay to do that to someone with legitimate needs, and give extremely long delays in response when trying to resolve issues, I want the service I am paying for, $99 is NOT cheap and if I cant get the one thing the service provides it is not worth it to me, there are many people on injections and dutasteride and I should not have been told that I cannot have it, finasteride is not enough in this situation, nor is being on just injections, but without spiro is EVEN more ridiculous and only causing me harm, I at least want an apology and a prescription, Im not rich, I dont want to pay for this if I cant get the meds I need, and I cant wait months for this, the almost 2 months Ive waited has already ruined my mental health
