Checked in July 1, 2023 @ 1:30am - Checked out July 1, 2023 @ 7 :00am. The hotel was disgusting and dirty. Nothing like the pictures on their webpage. Very filthy. Blood stains on the bedding/bed, sheets were stained. Something growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. Carpet is coming away from the wall. Carpets has huge stains on it and has glue matted down to it. The paneling was off the table front. We are sure we got bed bugs as we saw them crawling on the wall. The ceiling had several huge water stains from leaking. The tile floor was black in the grout full of filth. Holes in the walls. the room smelled awful. I complained to the front desk woman on staff at 1:30am and she said there was nothing she can do. I called ****, the ** the next day and she said she couldnt do anything at first, the first 5 minutes she argued with me. I asked her for her supervisors name, she said she didnt have any names to give me. She then proceeded to tell me she could ask for a discount back, i said no. I wanted a full refund. She finally agreed to try and guaranteed me she would call me back within ***** hours. Its been 4 days now and she hasnt called me back. I want a full refund.

On May 6th, I booked a room at this hotel through Hotels.com. Upon arriving at the hotel on May 8th at approximately 12:15 am, my reservation was for the evening of the 7th through the morning of the 8th, I expressed my disappointment at how long the shuttle took to arrive at the airport and my disappointment that no one answered my calls when I called 5 times to inquire if the shuttle was coming. The clerk, ***** did not like my comments, called me rude, and refused to give me my room that I had already paid for. He called security and had me leave the hotel. I asked for a manager and was told that there was no manager. I asked for a refund and was refused. I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and walk to another hotel for the evening with bags in tow. I paid $97.24 for a room in which I was denied access. I had to pay $132.00 for another room. I want my money back for this room that the clerk denied me. I have tried to call the hotels main office to no avail. I have never received a call from this location about the situation. I was no allowed to use my reservation but am being forced to pay for it. This is no Okay and I am asking for help resolving this matter. Thank you for your time.

I was supposed to check in to this "hotel" on Monday March 14th. I cancelled my trip and the reservation around November or December. I booked through booking.com and I let necessary parties know I needed to cancel. The money was still withdrawn from my account on the 14th.$91.44. This was unauthorized and created an unexpected financial hardship. I didn't budget for this so it's cutting in to my ability to pay for necessities which I informed them of. They couldn't have cared less. I spoke with the manager named BRI or ***** I waited all week and part of the weekend for her to even be available to take a phone call. She was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. Very unprofessional. She refused to refund my money because the status never updated to cancelled (months ago) so they treated it as a "no-show" and charged me the full amount. The fact that they won't even lift a finger to help me seems fraudulent and unethical. Regardless of what "their system" supposedly shows, I know I cancelled this months ago. I feel absolutely robbed, cheated, lied to,and slapped in the face. The customer service, conflict resolution, willingness to compromise, customer satisfaction, etc means nothing to the management. I feel someone is covering up their error here and I am due a full refund. This is causing anxiety and mental anguish and emotional distress.
