            September 22. Evening. Checked in around 4pm just so I can drop my bags and go for a walk through the downtown Denver.door to the room was open. Unlocked. The door lock was broken. It would not keep the door lock at all. Decided to use a bathroom when I got back home and the toilet was clogged. The water was all the way to the top of the toilet. Once again its a first time using it in that room. Went downstairs and this disrespectful ***************** from a front desk GAVE ME A TOILET PLUNGER!!!!! And told me to go and unclog it myself!!! He said there is no other room for me and that they do not have anyone to do it for me!!! And thats in front of multiple guests!! He put a dirty bucket with a plunger on the top of the front desk for me. I told him Im not doing it, I just moved in and he keep saying no one is here to do it for us and we have to do it on our own! How disgusting was it to carry that nasty toilet plunger through the entire hotel while all the other guest are looking at you!!! We tried to unclog it and water was all over the bathroom! And no luck after 10 minutes! We called again and literally had to start yelling at him and guess what, 10 minutes later we had a maintenance guy with a toilet snake in our room! So the guy at the front desk lied that they dont have anyone and made me do this disgusting job. Which is a health violation. It took the maintenance guy about 10 minutes to clear that clogged toilet but the water and all the dirt was all over my bathroom after he left. So disgusting, and they never send anyone to clean it. Just a horrible experience. We had to sleep in a room that smell like toilet . Next morning we asked for a Manager and we didnt get any apologies for the door lock or a toilet situation at all. All they asked for my name and a phone number so they can talk to their boss and let me know what they can do. I never got any answer from them of course and no phone call. I took a photos and videos of all this staff as well
