I had been canceled more than one time with this company for my insurance policy and was never notified. And then I had requested a new quote and they told me that my rates were the same when I had requested a different type of coverage which was a lie and I called somewhere else and I was quoted something much lower than what I was paying for. I had requested several times to know if my payment went through and more than one time they said it was and then it wasn't so then I had to pay extra so that I wouldn't get a relapse on my insurance now I have no coverage at all because I believed what the agent ******* had said and told me what was the truth. Instead of being a professional to make sure that it was he didn't and I know that I'm not the only one that has had this issue with this company for that same problem them saying that our payment went through and then it wasn't. I don't want this on my credit I feel that I already had everything set in place there were funds in my account there should have been no reason why this was not taken out of my account I tried talking to an agent with ****** agency as well, but cannot speak to a live agent.Business response

When she called on the day the payment was supposed to come out it shows on our system that it was submitted it does not notify anyone for up to 7 days after it was submitted and if the bank declined it.
******** was notified at the time she called and was told to keep an eye out on her bank account to see if it pulls out.
A letter was sent out to her saying her payment was declined, ****** Insurance legally has to send that letter out.
When she called the second time she was being very rude cussing and talking down on our Agency, after being notified that it did not go through *******, the agent who was helping her offered to requote the policy for her since it was canceled and she proceeded to talk down on him and our Agency.
******* said ok thank you and have a good day and hung up the phone. ******* does not have to stay in the phone with someone who is cussing and talking down to him Nor do any of my other employees.
