      6/2/2022 I purchased Insurance leads from Exchange Marketing in the amount of 747 Life leads for $400 from sales associated ********************* order#***, the leads had serval hundreds of bad phone numbers, the wrong person. When I did get someone on the phone, they never requested information on life insurance. I worked all of my leads and I didn't receive any compensation from those leads, and I requested a refund from the company. I sent the company a call log of all of the leads and requested a refund and I got no response from the company. The company said if you work your entire leads and do not realize a profit, you had to let them know within 90 days of purchase I'm requesting a full refund because of the time I spent on these bogus leads.

      Multiple times they have emailed me to buy their lists. I have unsubscribed repeatedly and even called them to be taken off the list. They still continue to send their lists requesting me to buy.I said I was going to report them.. They said they would take me off thier list or that it may be I am getting their advertising on multiple emails which is not the case. I just do not want their SPAM.

      ********************* has continued to send me 16 emails, after five requests for DNC/unsubscribe. This is a violation of DNC laws. Business appears to be very shady with no online presence, call backs.

      This employee has been reprimanded and made aware this will not be tolerated if it continues.  We have an unsubscribe list that is updated regularly (as well as a list of those who have opted in), however your email address was not submitted from the employee.  We have added your name to our unsubscribe list.

      I have already filed a complaint ********, it was resolved BUT the business has violated the terms of resolution. ********************* from Exchange Marketing has sent me over 17 emails with 6 requests to unsubscribe. I have card the business to stop, but they do not answer, or when they do they are very dismissive and rude. Seems like a scam/shady business. I urge recipients of their outreach to STAY AWAY. They claim to have disciplined their employees, but apparently not.

      The company called me three times since this complaint was issued (after 7+ attempts to be added to DNC). 

      the second two times were from a blocked number, after I requested to not be contacted again.

      I originally purchased a lead list off of ********************* at Exchange Marketing regarding the 401k rollover lists they were selling with a 90 day money back guarantee if there were a lot of bad numbers on the paid for list. I paid $400 at the end of the 2021 year for the list, called through all the numbers where most of them were either wrong numbers or dead numbers, and requested a refund promptly after and within the 90 day refund limit. I have sent many emails and calls following up with no response on the refund check, where the few times I will get a response it will be by email with just a message stating the check went out. I have called quite a few times and when I ask about the check she will just say it went out and hang up the phone on me. I received another email regarding leads from this other marketing company called A Plus Custom Leads, from a *****************. I called this number, since the area code and the address in the signature looked close/similar to the exchange marketing ones... And who do you know answers the phone? The same lady going by ********************* and after I confront her about this she hangs up the phone. Clearly this is a scam business she is running trying to have multiple names and company names to scam advisors out of their money with bad lead lists and nobody actually working on customer service issues. I have been working on getting my refund for close to 6 months now, and at this point I expect I wont get a refund, but hopefully I can save someone else from falling into the same trap I did.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I submitted the annotated call log multiple times, on December 1st 2021, December 2nd 2021, January 25 2022. See attached screenshots of my email sent file where you can see the attachments and dates sent. If you look at my 5th screenshot, you can also see that she had told me I should be getting my refund in February, therefore she must have received my spreadsheet required for the refund.
