My name is *****.*****. I am writing this for my sister ************************* who is unable to do this herself.Last spring, ******* received a phone call from ****, a rep for KR. He convinced her to purchase KR to advise her with her investing and other related areas. She paid him $6800.Shortly after this ******* suffered a severely limiting stroke...thus my help with this.My sister *** came to help care for *******. One of the 1st things she did was to text **** to explain the situation and ask for a refund for *******. He was totally uncaring and said, "There are no refunds." She texted a couple more times hoping for some understanding on their part. Same results.At one point we texted **** who was listed as the person to contact with questions or needing help. He answered referring us to ****. ( I had come to help *** and try to appeal to KRs human side. I am.a retired attorney so I resorted to simple threats of legal action. They were impervious to all of our attempts at recovery.We have not attempted anything for some time now because both *** and I had to return home.I am back now and still attempting to get KR to do the right thing particularly since ******* has mounting medical bills. And to me, KR is certainly not the type of business I would recommend to anyone because of their total lack of empathy and their complete rigidity in conducting their business. The site is Keystoneinvestment.com . I have emails from them but do not know how to download them. I also have a recept for payment

I have a copy of the recent attempt to subscribe tp Keystone again and alsp copies of their rejections of thst because we had asked for a refund the first time
I dont know hpw to send these.. Csn I mail them in or what?
Are there any other options please? Thsn k you
