    The owners business practices are of a first time restaurant owner starting up in ********** and as the Head Chef hired on to build up the business, the owner allowed to opened a national organic food delivery service to customers without having our kitchen approved yet by the health department to prep delivery orders without testing the shipments ***************. She insisted on sending out ground which I stated overnight shipping is the only option as this is my first time sending juice and cashew Milk frozen. And we have not opened as our kitchen. Because she opened the ordering portal too soon before we were even ready to test recipes thoroughly, she had customers waiting for their orders. Which are not cheap. She insisted we send 7 boxes out via *** Ground no overnight. I understood why because she couldnt afford to pay the overnight prices on the *** account. So sending ground (which can be 3 days) was what she could afford and reviews came back, of course negative, because the milk curdle and the juices were not pasteurized. I dont agree with these practices. If you dont have the funds to even send orders out, dont send it. And she told the customer that cashews dont go bad. I did tell her that anything plant based goes bad. And that week was my last week due to she couldnt even afford to pay us. I no longer work for the company on the matter of unpaid salary / hourly wages owed to HOM employees to this day. Also know she has not been paying outstanding invoices to several businesses who have provided products/services. Please do a thorough investigation for this business for their very questionable business practices. I would hate to have anyone to get sick. I was told by the former executive assistant that before she came on to the job, she said the entire kitchen staff left the business in ******. I hope its not the same reason as what happened here in LA.
