I went to 9round on an free induction class. I liked it, left to think about it. Went back on the following Saturday to sign up. I was told about ***** for the first time, after that *** a month. I handed my credit card and said yes. I was given gloved and what goes under the gloved. 2 days after that ****** where charge twice to my credit card from 9round. I called but no one answer left a message. wrote an email for someone to call me and explained to me, that I was worried. When someone got back to me, I did stay calmed but the information that I was getting was completly diffrent that the one I had been given on that saturday. the amouts where difrent and it was not a one time month offer of **. it turn out to be a membership and additonal to that *** or *** depending on what one whated. Today, Aug 8th. Same day the *** where deducted from my Credit Card to say i wanted to cancell everything. I know that first month is to be payed that is logical in my view. But the same day that it get deducted from my account I cancelled that is 30 days/. ***** the owner now tell me that no she will also be processing another payment on Aug 30th and that from that moment I need to be vigilant to send a not of cancellation. I said I would submit a formal complaint this practice is extremely wrong.Business response

Hi ******,
I just spoke to *** (the trainer who put you through your first workout on 7/27).
She confirmed she also very thoroughly went over the membership pricing...as well as the cancellation terms (both which are on our front desk). She recalls very specifically telling you about the 30-day notice needing to be in any form of writing and what happens if there is a payment due within the written notice.
She made it a point to mention that you were going to wait until you got paid to come back and sign up for the month-to-month, which you did on 7/30.
With that being said, there were three of us that explained membership pricing & cancellation terms to you.

I am rejecting this response because:What is troubling of this is that I made the incur of the matter of the amounts. I send emailed, phone calls. When ***** did response she did knowledge that the person on that Saturday was not completely knowledgeable of
the information or all processes, I had to even return and ask for things that, the Saturday lady should have done in one. But, no, everyone got everything right, ***** has change her story. Thank god I am a lawyer.
As I said, on the compilate, I see it very logical to pay for the month, even if I was only there twice. But I will NOT pay September. I am happy to go to court on this matter. If needed.
