Do NOT, I repeat do NOT ever use this company. We recently bought 2 Canyon Creek vanities from them to the tune of $4K. We worked with *********** seemed knowledgeable & honest. One thing we wanted was different feet for the cabinets (the CC feet were really boring). She said we could order matching stain & spray lacquer for the feet, so we did - costing us an additional $100 for a quart of stain & a spray can of matte lacquer! About the time the cabinets were to be shipped, we got a voicemail from a new person *** telling us when it would be delivered. Once they came, all of the drawers on the 48" (6 of them) were crooked & wobbly on the tracks, the toekick didn't match, & we didn't get the stain, My husband who has worked with the **** slides & we have on our ****** kitchen cabinets took them out & put them back in which should have fixed anything that got "off" in shipping. Didin't work. I called. And called. For 2 weeks & no one called me back. We finally contacted a neighbor who does custom ************** came in & said that ALL of them had been put in wrong. He spent the better part of an afternoon removing, leveling & remounting all of the glides for 6 drawers, & charged me $250. Finally, I get a call back from ******************* no longer works there, surprise. I'm told she will reorder the *************** & talk to the owner **** about the $250. Again, radio silence for weeks. My delivery date comes & goes. Finally I get a billing for the remainder owed on the cabinets, but nothing about my problems. So I kindly inform them they are NOT getting 1 cent more until things get fixed. I finally get a call from ***************** is no longer there either, duh! The delivery date was the SHIPPING date; then it's left in warehouse. Today: 1 toekick, not 2 & no stain, more lacquer. Now I'm supposed to go to ******************************* to match & buy my own stain after paying $100 for it, & the $250 is on me because it didn't go thru the rep, which I couldn't know since they didn't call back.
