Buyer Beware!Company has NO QUALITY CONTROL!!!!Our job has been paid-in-full for over 30 days, and we still cant get the owner, ****, to address the multitude of issues that we are still encountering.You will be the on-site supervision for the supervisor (if one shows up) and work crews.Sod/ground cover/river rock removal was incomplete and remaining patches buried beneath fabric and rocks. Yard sprinkler heads buried under fabric and rock. Main drip system line/drip system spray heads buried under fabric and rock. Drip system lines cut. 3 Wheelbarrows of dirt, leftover from 1 new planting left in a mound then covered in fabric and rock. New fabric and existing fabric were found to have a 6 gap between them. Fabric coverage, in general, is extremely sloppy. New lawn edging was left inches above grass level in multiple places. Paver steps were installed out of level and had to be fixed.To date **** will not return to our property and make the necessary fixes. He has told us that the overall appearance of the completed project is great. Lipstick on a pig is NOT what I paid for. I do believe that aesthetics is all this company cares about, not the quality of their work.

I've had bad experiences in the past, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find someone who understood my vision for my property. ******, a colleague, recommended First Choice ************************************ team was professional, efficient, and patient as I explained what I wanted. Once the garden was designed, the execution was straightforward, and the construction team worked diligently and respected my privacy on the days I worked from home. The result exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was spot-on, and the materials used were beautiful.They are a designer with the creative mind of an artist. I cant think of another designer who could have put together my list of desires and turned them into a functional piece of landscape sculpture.I can't say enough good things about First Choice ********************************************* LLC.

We started working with First Choice when we wanted to completely renovate our backyard. I met and spoke with many different companies and First Choice was the only one who took the time to listen to what we wanted and help us plan the backyard of our dreams. They were professional, timely and very talented! always great at communicating and was so helpful when working with us throughout the many phases of our project. He worked hard to make sure we could get the yard we had planned for so long. I would absolutely recommend First Choice for any outdoor project you may have

Zero stars. I had a horrible experience with this company. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I was charged $12,000 for the items listed below. Not one item on the invoice was done correctly and they caused substantial damage to my yard and property causing me and my family hours of additional work to fix all the issues.1. Add new mulch front and back. They threw new mulch over existing mulch without cleaning old mulch out so now I have mulch 6 inches deep or more in my yard.2. Clean up pine needles and weeds front and back. Pine needles were mostly cleaned up after complaining to the owner multiple times but no weeding was done at all.3. Remove rocks on both sides of the house, install new weed barrier and new rocks. Weed barrier was thrown over existing rocks and weeds and new rocks dumped on top leaving me with two layers of weed barrier and rocks on both sides of my home.4. Build short retaining walls, 2 bricks high in the back yard. Several bricks were chipped. The wall is not straight and does not go to the end of the berm as promised. There are several gaps between bricks in the new wall.5. Trim pine trees front and back. It was a chore to get this done and I had to go back and trim several branches myself. ****'s workers left 6-8 inch stubs instead of triming the branch close to the trunk. It looked ridiculous.6. They left deep ruts all over the north side of my yard from driving their truck and trailer all over the yard. I should add the trailer tires were completely bald. It was a chore to get them to fill in the ruts with dirt.7. They covered all my sweet ******** ground cover with weed barrier and told me they were doing me a favor by covering up all "my weeds".8. My drip system was damaged in every area they worked. I found cut drip lines, drip lines cut and tied in a knot, drip lines buried underneath weed barrier, main pipe to the drip system was cracked and broken in half. I can go on but I'm out of space.
