How this place has an A+ rating from the BBB is beyond me.Like a lot of people posting reviews, I paid the $139 for aeration, fertilization, and over-seeding. Unfortunately, I didn't check Yelp or ****** Reviews beforehand, so I didn't see that it was going to be an absolute waste of money.When I called to make the appointment, the guy said **** was the perfect time to overseed, so when spring came, the new grass seed would grow when the ground was warm enough, with minimal effort. When I came home from work, I saw that the aeration had been done, but I looked real closely at my lawn and didn't see ONE grass seed. Called them up and the guy on the phone said that the grass seed was there, it was just too small to see. Then he checked the records and they *did* forget to do the seeding and fertilization, so they would come back.After they back, not one seed on my lawn. But he said I might not be able to see them, so I decided to wait. Come springtime, the snow melts and the ground gets warm enough, and as I had suspected, no new grass in my yard. Bare spots were still bare.So I call them up again, and now a woman on the phone says that **** is a TERRIBLE time to overseed since it doesn't have time to grow before the winter, and I should have done it in the spring...And now by the time I realize I didn't get anything for my $139, it's too late to file a refund request with my credit card company. How convenient.

"Service" done on 05/02/2024 Just get the basic plug service they do that as good as any no reason to pay or contract for any more than that. I got the "special" on my yard, about 1700 sq. ft. They were on and off my property in 18 minutes (my wife and I timed it). I watched as the back yard was walked over doing the "fertilizer, over seeding, and liquid aeration." (I took the $ ****** Special that included deep ************** aeration, fertilizer, & over seeding) He was in and out in less than 5 minutes with the spraying. There were no seeds in the back yard. There were some seeds in the front yard under a city tree. All of the liquid aeration and fertilizer was very, very light because of the speed at which it was applied. I called to complain, was transferred to "a managers phone" I left a message and asked them to call me back as I was not happy. Having heard nothing after a couple of hours, I called them back a second time and when telling the lady what I was unhappy about (18 min on my property and gone) when I mentioned the lack of seeds in the backyard (I said it looked like someone threw a hand full of seeds under a tree and called it good) she went ballistic and started yelling. VERY rude & crude. I hung up. I will pay them, but they will never do anything on my property again. I'm a retired "old Vet" and that type of "professionalism" is not to be tolerated. I missed a call from some lady around 5:30 pm, wanting to talk to me about the seeding. Ha ha, nope take you money (by check as ****** told me I could send through my bank) and stay off my property. Don't use except for the deep plugs. The rest is a rip off. ********

I made an appointment for lawn aeration but due to snow on my lawn I instructed them to reschedule. I was surprised to find when I got home to see a small portion of my front lawn had been aerated, right over 6 inch deep snow in some areas. Less than a fourth of my front lawn was done and they left to do my next door neighbors lawn when he offered them $100 cash. I assumed they realized their mistake and intended to come back to finish after the snow melted but instead I received a bill as if they had completed the job. I sent three emails and made one call to tell them what had happened and all I received were more bills and finally a threat to turn me over to collections if I did not pay. Their claim of honesty and integrity is a joke. I would never use this company again.

They called me constantly multiple times a day, to schedule a appointment I used them for aeration the year before, wanted the exact same service this year, was up sold on a different type of aeration, I told them I wasnt comfortable from the beginning they said if I didnt like the results they would come back out and do the plugged aeration, guess what happened next. I called explained to ******* why I wasnt happy he was offended and rude over the phone I asked to speak with the supervisor told I would be called back.I was Never called back, I called again spoke to someone else they said they have notes and read them told me I would have some one out to aerate in 2 days never showed up, they called me again 2 days later to sell me on a new service, very unprofessional, before I agreed they called at almost a harassing rate, got my business, and failed to even care about my satisfaction after, believe the 1 star reviews!

So as a subcontracted employee was told one thing by hiring staff and regards to me having prior obligations on Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays was unable to work those days go to get my check they dock me for 2 days of those days I couldn't work $40 one day and $45 another day and said I didn't fulfill the obligations of the work when prior to getting hired I told them I was unable to work those days. So they just pretty much stoled $85 from me they're thieves their employees are all in cahoots cuz they're all family members that work there and they don't have a problem stealing customers or subcontractors money

I hired Mile Hi to clean my air ducts ******* was the technician if you want to call him a technician lol. He came to my house. I would leave negative stars if I could but you can only do one. I shouldve looked at the reviews 1.4 that is their total for a company thats been I. Business for over 20 years. so obviously theyre a s***** company and they outsource everything all their jobs from areation Lawns sprinklers air ducts. So as he is cleaning my air ducts it was spaying dust from out of the returns all over my house clouds of dust from the returns instead of coving them with a barrier and cover each return and vent He was spaying dust all over my house on my floors countertops couch, everywhere. I took videos as the dust started coming out of the returns all over my floors. I grabbed him and told him to stop because hes getting dust everywhere he looked at me like I had no clue what I was talking about. I started to wipe clean paper towel, dust was all over my whole house as it was coming out the main returns, instead of covering them one by one, so it wouldnt do that who even trained him? He was incompetence Im going to be turning them into BBB theyve lost my business and Im gonna go out of my way to talk so much c*** about this company. Is there any training to work there? do they hire just incompetent people. Even if my ducts were dirty, he shouldve covered each return one by one. So this didnt happen. Dust is all over my house isnt the whole point of cleaning your air ducts to make your house not dusty, I guess this is what you get for going with the cheaper company you get what you pay for even though it cost me $544 what a rip off I cant wait to turn them into the better business bureau now since theres dust everywhere, Now my air returns are going to **** the dust back into the vents and re-dirty up the ducts again with dust. was spaying all over my house I have videos again do not hire this company BAD Business BAD COMPANY

have used this company 4 years in a row, this imyear I used them for aeration, fertilizer, overfeeding. Worst mistake ever do not waste your money on them they don't guarantee there work and I actually had to go spend another ***** on my own fertilizer to do myself. After speaking with them they said sorry we don't guarantee their product. Said I am still responsible for paying. I will never do business with them again. Seems like a scam to me....no evidence of over seeding

Used their services for aeration, fertilizing, and blow-out. They destroyed three of my sprinkler heads during the aeration in the fall. I noticed 2 while walking around (I don't understand how the person doing the blow-out wouldn't notice the sprinkler heads were damaged since they were all in different zones... and one was within eye and ear of the valves for the blow-out). They repaired those two soon after. In the spring when I turned the sprinklers back on, I noticed a third that was damaged. I spent two weeks trying to get an answer from their team to find a solution. After numerous attempts of contacting a manager and a cancelled repair for the sprinkler head (without notifying me) I finally got ahold of a manager who stated that they are unwilling to repair the sprinkler head their team damaged. Strongly recommend working with one of their many competitors.
