7/17/23 I called Denver Locksmith for assistance after losing my car key on a run. I was originally quoted $200 total for the key and services, I clarified this with the technician before agreeing to use the service. It took a total of 3 technicians and 6 hours until I was finally able to drive home. 2 of the 3 technicians were taking much longer than the estimated time and when I called they informed me they were in the wrong parking lot for 10+ minutes or had been giving the wrong address by a previous technician. Had they reached out this would have expedited their time and my time. My services ended up costing $575. On 7/30/23 my brand new remote key died and I had to have this replaced. This prompted me to use the actual car key within the fob and I found that they did not cut the key to fit my car door. When I called to have this rectified, they said someone will come to fix it and they never showed up. I continued to call and they blocked my number. I called using my husband's number and they answered but when I said my name they hung up on me. They hung up upon hearing my name four different times. I spent 5 days trying to reach them, even the managers ******* and ******* did not respond to my voicemails. Receipt # ******
