I had an unpleasant exchange with an extremely rude employee from this business, after which I left a negative ****** review to reflect what had happened. After posting this review, my account was cancelled without my permission. Anytime Mailbox followed up to request a refund for the month's fees, which had only been charged five days earlier. Not only do I want this refund, but more importantly, I want to report these unethical business practices.Business response

She want us to change **** rule and make them help her to forward her mail.
WE kindly asked her to go to **** and ask them what can she do with her forwarding mail, and they could not.
She said over the phone that she need to close the account and we did.

I am rejecting this response because: I did NOT ask them to close the account, but indicated that I would need to do so in the future. This is why I was asking about forwarding. PostNet gave me incorrect information, telling me that I could get my mail forwarded through ***** which was not the case. PostNet insisted that I could, and refused to speak with a rep from the **** while I was on site. So, on top of everything I'm naming, they have no idea how to direct their clients for how to handle forwarding situations, and are pointing them in the wrong direction. If I could not forward my mail, it would not make logical sense for me to close the box. I was forced to end the call because the representative was raising his voice, talking over me, and being disrespectful. I never at any point confirmed cancellation.

That is a big lie
We, the only thing we can do here if she wants to re activate her account is:
1- apologies for the rudeness over the phone.
2- remove ****** review.
Otherwise we are done wasting time on this issue
