This company is a scam. After a 10 minute Survey there are errors and you dont get money.This is a total scam.

Love this Company. They have come a long way in the couple years I've been doing business with them. I'm currently extremely excited in the direction they are moving. Also ****** was amazing!!!! She is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even with the questions she couldn't answer on the spot. She actually got the information and responded back in an extremely timely manner. This was the best customer service experience I have had from any company lately. I will definitely continue doing business with them in the foreseeable future.Review from joseph p

After filling out the survey I was given a 5 dollar credit on my account only to find out that you need a minimum of 20 dollars credit to cash in. I then tried to log into other surveys to aquire the needed credits and it would not log me in, said I had an invalid password. I did not. When I hit the password reset button it would not send the link. I emailed the company directly and they told me to validate who I was to send a drivers licence, a copy of my taxes and all kind of other personal info!!! KEEP AN EYE ON THIS COMPANY!! ANYONE WHO ASKS FOR THAT IS UP TO NO GOOD!!!Review from Ashley S

You get invited to surveys. Take 10 or so minutes out and then it tells you don't qualify!! You hardly qualify for any that are over a dollar. Also if you do product testing it takes them forever to pay you and each person you email says something differently. They say 2-4 weeks when in all reality it may as well say whenever we feel like it. I feel like this company go above and beyond to make sure you don't make much and if you are expecting a pay out good luck getting it. It will takes months with different answers as to why. I just truly think there are way better survey companies out there that do their part, don't lie and encourage you to make money. Wish I read these reviews pior to starting an accountReview from Jack P

I created an account with them that I am no longer interested in. They don't email you back but they do spam you with an excessive amount of emails daily. There is NO option to delete your account manually in your profile as there is no settings option. And they won't answer the phone when you do call them. Extremely unprofessional and I am no longer comfortable being a participant in their website.I want to delete my account but IDK how long it will take for them to get back to me since they never got back to me with my first question and it has been days already.Product ReportCard.Com, LLC Response

I just signed up and I agree with **** There never seems to be any surveys to take and I keep getting junk mail. I emailed them and no response on deleting my account. Waste of time and now they have lots of my personal information!Product ReportCard.Com, LLC Response

Thank you for your message. Product Report Card does not sell, rent, lease or share its member's personal information with any third party companies for the purpose of marketing and sales. I am not sure of the "junk" emails being received, but they are not coming from Product Report Card.

I am not happy with this website. I rarely cash out and there are way too many excessive emails sent to me. All I want is for my account to be completely removed.
